It was not confusion, it was disbelief.
I read music proficiently in 9 languages, and took advanced diction and phonetics in every one of them.
I know you’re capable of understanding what a deranged douchebag you are because you specifically posted the story hoping it would rile people up. The only thing I’m pointing out is the derangement of the people that stood up for you as if you’re trustworthy with anything but inanimate objects (which is debatable).

Luckbox is certainly less emotionally volatile, less prone to aggression, and less quick to anger and impatience. When a child is concerned, those things actually matter.

Reminds me of when I was taking care of the three year old...she wouldn't ever want to leave the playground and one day we had to go to pick up her mom from work and she's throwing a fit so I was just like "ok you stay here I'll go get your mom and come back" and started walking away and then she really freaked out and was like "but I'm too young to be left here alone" and that got her to agree to come with me.

It’s actually said like that to differentiate from true fluency. I am fluent in the phonetics of those languages, not their meaning.

He’s very emotionally regulated when he’s letting his dog walk off leash in the middle of the streets or denying that parents had their kids killed by a mass shooter or acting like a pissbaby in front of random minimum wage workers. Truly admirable characteristics.

All the cars have to do is just keep driving slowly past them and the dogs will get out of the way. The dogs can be dumb but they aren't suicidcal. When the cars just stop (like idiots) then they are giving the dogs no motivation to move.

Yesterday walking the dogs dog is in the middle of the road and guy driving a work van instead of just driving slowly but staying on the road decides to go off onto the shoulder to pass which you can't do here because what looks like it might be level with the road could actually be a two foot deep trench filled with snow, which in this case it was. Yes although in both instances it's been because the drivers are acting like idiots. There have likely been 50 or so cars between these incidents that have passed by just fine. All they have to do is not drive their vehicles into snow filled ditches and they'll be fine.

Right, and I would say that those people who mistake the two simply have bad ears for language.Russian is a palatal language with very forward phonetics, and Hebrew is a gutteral language with distinct uvular fricatives that are extremely prevalent and do not exist in Russian. I have fancy education in this and I routinely perform in both languages. They are nothing alike.

Maybe if I walk 5 miles we come across two cars we have to deal with. About to leave soon for my 3 mile night walk where the expectation is zero cars. So there is zero need to cater to them
My dog has lights and I have bright flashlights. It's probably safer at night than during the day plus I've never ran into a moose at night.
