This isn't true, it was claimed on social media, but it's false.
He denies working for ICE and the administration also denies it. In any other administration, that would be good enough for me. This is the administration that said the chick who was shot was a terrorist and Trump said she ran the ICE officer over, so they've proven that they will lie straight-up with things people can easily verify (and that's two examples of about 300,000 verifiable lies) so I'm not exactly convinced about a claim that no one has the ability to verify.
That said, I won't claim he works for ICE moving forward, though.

Yesterday walking the dogs dog is in the middle of the road and guy driving a work van instead of just driving slowly but staying on the road decides to go off onto the shoulder to pass which you can't do here because what looks like it might be level with the road could actually be a two foot deep trench filled with snow, which in this case it was.
And he's like "gotta keep your dogs on a leash"... And I didn't say anything but I helped him dig out and collected sticks and rocks for traction. While doing that he gets on the phone and starts speaking Hebrew and later I was like " was that Hebrew or Russian you were speaking?" And he wanted to know how I knew as if white people are fluently speaking dozens of non Indo-European languages.
Eventually a guy in a truck came and pulled him out using extension cords as tow straps.
Then later yesterday I decided to take my dog into the Frisco Walmart and no one cared and she got lots of compliments.
How can you not hear the difference between Hebrew and Russian… The phonetics aren’t similar at all.

Yes although in both instances it's been because the drivers are acting like idiots. There have likely been 50 or so cars between these incidents that have passed by just fine. All they have to do is not drive their vehicles into snow filled ditches and they'll be fine.
