When dumb restaurant workers put napkins in the dispensers upside down. There’s the side with the easily extracted fold, and the side that always leads to you having to grab a big bunch of them.
And when they stuff them in there so full you can't get just one; either get many, or rip the one you're pulling out due to the friction. Also applies to paper towels in the bathroom.

For NBA altercations, I'm going Spurs and Suns where Robert Horry hard hip checked Steve Nash.
Suns players Amar'e Stoudemire and Boris Diaw leaving the bench area during an on-court altercation and getting suspended for the next game probably cost the Suns a legitimate run at the title.
Steve Nash = 0 NBA championship rings as a player pisses me off because of the dominoes falling from Horry hard hip check.

That Suns team was legendary. Our alley-oops to Stoudemire... Amar'e was a star with the Suns, but he never really found his footing anywhere else after that.
