Biggest loser in online poker history wants to grind $16k
I start this with some pictures:
nl2 -$8792.18 -82 buy ins below EV
nl5 (notice that pt4 shows party poker nl5 as nl4)
Poor guy probably has some form mental disability, thats why hes on wellfare and noone looking after him. He doesnt seem to be able to understand basic math concepts like pot odds or what the AIEV line in poker tracker tells about your gameplay. I dont think hes ignorant but not able to understand. He'll be forever stuck with his addiction and the only way to cope are these del
Sad, but probably entirely correct.
There 100% absolutely is man, its just that rest of us dont bother tracking 'suckouts' as we just accept its totally part of the game.
The point of showing those amounts of suckouts is that I want to see how and with what hands you make a profit when you get 20-30 suckouts per month hands with 65-99% equity.

by dealing out 50-60 suckouts to your opponents who have 65-99%
which is what you are doing, otherwise you wouldnt be running above EV so much
i'm 44 buy-ins under EV in my last 6.1k hands of PLO5 and a couple hundred buyins under EV in my latest few hundred thousand hands (like 75% PLO and 25% PLO5). i smile when i think about how Paisting would play if he ran as bad as a lot of other people do.
Card sharing collusion will result in cheated players running under EV.
June is over with a record number of hands. I put in a massive grind and an incredible amount of volume. I wanted to show just how many suckouts you can experience when you actually play a large sample of hands. When looking at this month's graphs it's worth remembering bankroll recommendations for the micro stakes. Also remember how many people on this forum say they have beaten a stake and move up after winning couple of buy ins.
I lost $570 to straight suckouts with the best hand. That means I got sucked out on 67 times when I had between 65% and 90% equity.
3x 90%+ equity suckout
27x 80-90% equity suckout
24x 70-80% equity suckout
13x 65-70% equity suckout
This includes losing with AA 7 times and with KK 13 times. Those numbers are so brutal that they create a huge gap between the expected and actual results with big pairs.
This also shows how full of whales the player pool is. I keep getting my money in with huge equity and it isn't even difficult. The whales **** themselves when they make a small bet and I put in a big one. A polarized turn check shove with 50% pure bluffs forces them to call with absolute garbage. Site doesn't want them to go broke.
The overall result is 23 buy ins below ev. For most of the month it was around 35 buy ins below ev or even worse. The volume is good. Most people here don't even want to play 20k hands in a month and show that they get the same amount of suckouts.
I'm still waiting for the first person to actually show it. There is a lot of talk but zero passion to prove that right.

You realize you can't win with best hand 100% of the time right?
You're showing your KK sample as if you ran badly, but you would expect to be dealt KK about 370 times in 82k hands and you got it 419 times, so you already ran above EV in terms of frequency.
Second, you won with KK 90% of the time, which is also above EV.
Overall seems like a very normal run.
It is incredibly normal, been pointed out to him time and time again but he refuses to do anything logical like use a variance calculator to see for himself.
Also thinks consistently getting it in with huge equity = 150 buy in loss in EV in a month.
Fascinating example of a gambling addiction combined with a miniscule IQ sadly.
Come play on Globalpoker Paisting, I'll help you beat $10 NL there.
Man most fish play 82 hands a month, this fish plays 82k
Unreal
Hi Paisting
Outstanding volume this month so well done for that i guess.
Out of interest, what are your goals now? I mean the thread started with you wanting to make back your 16k. Obviously thats not relevant anymore. Do you therefore play for enjoyment as doesnt sound like you do enjoy it tbh? So wondering..whats the aim?

Next winning month is goal and also month with fewer than 10 suckouts.
But ofcourse 16k is there still the biggest goal.
Your goal is to have fewer than 10 suckouts, how are you going to do that? You realise, you can't control that. Maybe play 9 hands and then you're guaranteed to succeed.

Ta for reply.
Next winning month = Absolutely correct goal to have. Hopefully you plan this via continuous learning and implementing what you learn.
Aiming for month with less than 10 suckouts = honestly just forget this dude. totally impossible if you play over a few thousand hands. Also not relevant to aim 1.
16k = But why? That doesnt make you equal now. Just aim for 1 thing if i may suggest = Aim to play well tomorrow. Make every decision the right one. All the rest will happen anyway tbh. Take each day as a fresh day with that mindset.
Sadly i dont think you will, but id be delighted to be proven wrong
All this time and you still don't realize that even if you ran significantly over EV your entire life you'd still be down hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Bro, those are for winning players with positive expectation.
A polarized turn check shove with 50% pure bluffs forces them to call with absolute garbage. Site doesn't want them to go broke.
In a couple of years you might understand why you're losing with this strategy.
Keep grinding bro, you'll make it.
