All LE shootings have different contexts and in these two specific contexts, the ICE agents should absolutely be charged and if they'd have shot two die hard Republicans in the same circumstances, I'd have the same opinion.

I said the officers that shot him should be prosecuted. If it was justified, then they shouldn't be prosecuted. It's not justified. You're the one making this point, not me.

Everything you do has risks.
You know if you play football, you might get hurt. You choose to do that because you enjoy football.
You know there's risks driving, but you choose to drive because it's worth the risk to get from a to b in a more timely fashion.
You choose to carry a gun because why? Again, my point is if people have weapons, bad things are more likely to happen.

I personally don't agree with her shooting either and I believe her family was at least compensated via a wrongful death settlement, but I'm not going to go through a litany of various different shootings with you. As I stated, all LE shootings have differing contexts and currently, we're talking about two very recent specific ones and yet again the ICE agents should be charged. Pretti was straight up murdered as the footage clearly showed.
