The Lakers are possibly the worst team in the league since Lebron re-asserted himself and started to get closer to his regular numbers.

Lebron's increase has coincided with Luka's decrease because that's what lebron does - he cratered many teammates and Luka is just the latest example... Lebron is cratering the best player this time, so expect massive disaster, especially compared to their time flying high BEFORE he came back.

It's easy to forget that Kyrie made the Finals with Luka, while Lebron can't because he lacks the skill to fit with Luka - he lacks the expert jumpshooting skill, touch, and quick iso ability to dominate without being the primary ballhandler (off-ball).

Again, you guys make a big deal about 55 wins, but you wouldn't care if it was a Barkley-led team, or Robinson-led team, or Shaq... The only reason it's a big deal is because sorry-ass Pippen did it, aka just a
"pippen" did it.. Pippen was a "system player" that shot 48.3% in the system from 88-98', and 43.6% outside of it from 99-03' (despite a lower burden).

Again, a big part of this fake goat debate is the lionization of Pippen - this inflation is based solely on media awards that no one knew about or cared about back then, while his actual caliber equated to Larry Nance at best.. The media is also influenced by the winning spotlight, since 2nd options need winning teams to get All-NBA, and they automatically get it during title years or upon winning titles (Worthy, Dumars, Pippen, Pau, Parker, Manu, Klay, Jalen Williams).

Horace was so ordinary that he was destroyed by the opposing PF's and frontcourt in every Bulls series - even Pippen wasn't destroyed nearly as often as Horace, who was demolished in literally every series

Today's game provides more informative stats, so you don't need to watch to know how someone played or plays in general.

Luka is leading the league in usage, fga, and fta. He's leading the league in PPG. Lebron is letting him run the team. But the team is better whenever LeBron is on the court and Luka is off. So none of what you're saying makes sense.

The Luka/Reaves and Luka/Kyrie were really good, while Luka/Lebron stink, so it's only Lebron's presence that craters everything.

Ultimately, Lebron/Luka is another horrible fit just like Westbrook - Lebron lacks great jumpshooting skill to fit with Westbrook or Luka the way KD and Kyrie did

If a player starts pressing or becomes less confident and hesitant, they're more likely to get injured.

Lebron was massive dead weight when he returned and both Luka/Reaves got hurt carrying the extra weight, and hesitating in trying to accommodate Lebron.

It isn't the same because KD didn't get to play in his prime with a healthy Kyrie like Lebron did.. The Achilles injury signaled the end of KD's prime, and then Kyrie got hurt.

And I can't bring up how AD lifted the Lakers out of lottery when he arrived in 2020, so AD saved the Lakers

History shows that Lebron needed Wade to teach him how to win, while also needing a Western Conference playoff veteran to show him how to make the playoffs in the West

Essentially, you guys say that 7 ppg rookie Pippen "saved" MJ, but this is sheer projection of Lebron's situation, since Wade/AD saved him from perennial losing and title futility, or lottery.

Bring this up when AD wins somewhere else. He has Kyrie. Klay, and Cooper Flagg now. And he doesn't have to get injured anymore because he doesn't play with LeBron. Kyrie obviously won't get injured either now that he doesn't have to play with Lebron. That team must be 82-0?

AD and Kyrie only had 1 chance in their prime with another star, so they didn't have a chance to win with multiple teams..

Only Lebron enjoyed star help on multiple teams while in his prime because he was the first guy to start teaming up and the ground-breaker of the teaming-up culture.. Accordingly, he was the only guy doing it for a while (until KD responded in 2017).

Yet despite having 2 to 3 times the opportunity to play with other stars than MJ, Curry or Duncan had, Lebron failed to produce dynasties like they did... Instead, he produced weak records and perennial underdogs, due primarily to bad chemistry, since his team's roster talent was considered the best in the league (preseason favorites).. This occurred at every stop, so the Bron-ball "downhill" skillset simply can't produce great chemistry or teams.. Instead, it produces perennial losers at every stop regardless of cast, and lottery records against Finals teams.

Secondly, Lebron wasn't considered the best player in the game in 2020... Since numerous other guys were ahead of him, AD could've won with them too.

Thirdly, a player doesn't need to win with anyone else if they're the leading scorer while carrying the defense, aka the best player on the team..

Super-young or super-old means nothing because it's a far lower caliber of play compared to their prime, and this goes for ALL players.. Only the period of their BEST basketball counts, aka prime
