I'll will say that this shooting isn't really that out of the ordinary and cops have committed and gotten away with far worse shootings in the past - and much more frequent. We just didn't know about it.
I mean, if the 4 ICE have had pulled her out of the car and beaten her to near death with billy clubs for the fun of it and then gotten away with it, everyone would have had a stroke. But it would have only meant that we went back in time to 1991.
The US had a far more violent police force and was much more of a war mongering colonial genocidal country 20+ years ago than today. We just see it more now.
