Actually no, Obama didn't go to congress for any of that money.
It was proposed in 2008 by president Bush, and passed by Congress in the same year.
Plus it was for needed renovations, not knocking down a whole building to make another building that no one apart from Trump has approved.
And the basketball court wasn't even a part of that amount. As far as I can tell, that minor expense was paid by Obama personally. I read that he even declined to use the standard $10k which is allocated to each president for typical non-destructive remodeling.
Lozen admits many times his wrong but just keep repeating the same nonsense knowing it’s wrong because he likes it and wish someday it becomes true .
