Israel has killed civilians during their Hamas war.
Some of those civilians are gay
Ergo Israel treats gays worse than Iran.
Oh and Iran doesn't execute people for being gay, just for having gay sex.
And no, I'm not making this up, this is actually victor's logic and stated thoughts on the matter.
Victor, we know Iranian missiles are getting through and hitting civilian infrastructure in Israel, as we can see the damage. In your opinion what is going on with (reportedly) all the infrastructure being hit being all civilian?
Is the IRGC aiming at civilian infrastructure? Are they not aiming at all? I understand some of it is underground, but Israel has plenty of above ground military infrastructure too. Why isn't the IRGC aiming there? Or do you believe it is, and Israel is just covering up damage to military infrastructure.

the military infrastructure is embedded in civilian areas so there is a lot of collateral damage.
they are shooting missiles from thousands of kilometers away that perform high speed maneuvers to avoid some of the most sophisticated air defense so they dont have pinpoint accuracy and may miss by 100s or 1000s of meters.
obv Israel covers up the damage to military targets. they have strict rules against posting images.
Also, assuming gay Palestinians are being blackmailed by Israel, what does it say about the stigma/danger of being gay in Palestine that one would reasonably choose to pay the blackmail than having to live as an openly gay person in Palestine?

According to my social media (which a lot of it is pro Iranian, including a lot of Turkish language stuff, which is kind of interesting because I am not pro Iranian and dont understand Turkish, so not sure why the algorithm is sending me all of this) feed the Iranian missiles getting through are hypersonic and traveling too fast for air defenses. You think they are still having to do complicated maneuvers that reduce accuracy?
Anyways, I was talking about Iran, which is extremely backwards, intolerant and repressive even by Middle East standards.
Palestine obviously is extremely intolerant by western standards and miles behind Israel, but by ME standards they are on the more progressive end (very low bar) so I dont see any real need to single out Palestinians for backwards behavior that is endemic to the entire region/religion.

You can safely assume anything Victor posts is false and unsourced. In fact, if you take the opposite position as Victor on any topic, you have a fair chance of banging it right on the nail. Welcome to the forums.
Most likely many have been thrown off rooftops by 2k pound bomb blasts yes
Never supported Bibi, never voted for him, still have a lot of criticism towards him.
But today, all I have to say is kudos, wonderful job.

Do you think there was no real chance for a nuclear deal if Trump had been more patient or if Israel had never initiated this round of fighting? And/or do you feel such a deal would have been negative for Israel as the last one was, as it gave Iran the green light to attack Israel through Arab proxies?

Iran has been developing an existential threat to Israel for years, both through the development of nuclear capabilities, through its ballistic missile system, and through the establishment of a stranglehold around us of armed militias.
In the circumstances that have arisen, a path has been opened for us to deal directly with the source of the threat, and to ensure that the existential threat is removed for many years to come.
No deal would have brought about this result, and unfortunately there could not have been a diplomatic way to reach understandings with the Iranian regime to remove the threats. We are lucky that they have declared for 30 years their declared intention to kill us, otherwise I too might have believed that diplomacy was possible
