Unpopular opinion but I want to see Trooper get a 200k-300k score.
His vlogs would become epic and his ego would be through the roof. Even at 300k it's not life changing money and I'd be curious how he'd blow it and how long it would be before he's broke again because we all he'd blow the money.
Would he start up the candy business again?

His style just isn't conducive to that outcome. He would need to run insanely hot for 6 days straight. Certainly not a mathematical impossibility but you probably have a similar chance of winning Lotto. Vastly more likely that he blinds out before the money or min cashes. I know that's true for all players, but it's doubly so for someone like Trooper.

He might even stop vlogging because he wouldn’t need the money. Or if he vlogs he would vlog less.
Back when he won a bbj he was asked what he did with the money. He said he just lived off it basically.
I think it would be awesome to see him win several hundred thousand or more and at least see videos about that, and him taking shots at the haters.

30k is life changing for him. 300k is life changing for the vast majority of people.

when he first showed up here and played that tourney series and i staked him for like $50 at no markup to have a little sweat
in my dms i briefly mentioned that as he was new to tourneys he should spend the next few days studying fold/shove ranges at specific blind amounts and levels so he'll never look down at two cards with <15bb and not know what to do - that his response should be 90% automatic
he then vlogs about spending the next few days playing video games and napping - which i was hoping meant he was otherwise studying and doing that on his time off
but then i see one of the video games things was some 24 hour challenge or something so i'm like wtf?
he then does a vlog where he's like "so i'm looking at A7o with 12bb left and i don't know what to do here..." "i have KQs with 4bb and i'm not sure what to do..." "i have 66 utg with 9bb and i'm thinking over what to do..." so it was abundantly clear he put in just zero study whatsoever
however, i must say he did end it early and repaid the refunded portion asap without needing any prodding - say what you will about his work ethic, but i do think he's a good kid - just doesn't have the right temperament and patience for the career he tricks himself into believing he wants

and ap slots is easily one of the most soul sucking ventures possible - i do it because i'm already there and i'm an autistic rtard who doesn't get bored walking around from machine to machine mostly just checking and walking on to the next - more for cardio and something to do in between card counting and sports betting - also very good cover to have a big slot ticket on the table at blackjack because most card counters only do bj - my hourly is horrendous, but the free hotel rooms at chains were i've had enough coin in for status are a very nice perk - this year i got over a months worth of hotel rooms while on the road for free due to this which helps me ignore my sub win wage hourly

I watched half of this and rice uses so many words to say nothing at all. One of the worst story tellers imaginable
weaving a narrative is important, but many of these vlogger seem to just thin all you have to do is put out daily content.

I believe that ELD scheduled the Herbs and Rye meet up prior to his first paycheck so ELD can claim he has not yet received any pay from his two jobs. After that point, likely ELD will schedule future meals with Herbs and Rye at Sahara wherein ELD can use comps to buy pizza. Prediction: Herbs and Rye will be grossed out by the Sahara pineapple pizza and then offer to pay for Texas Brazil next time and ELD will gladly accept. Or alternatively this will be the last meeting and ELD will be too busy to meet with Herbs and Rye until the end of the Orleans time frame.
ELD can also plausibly claim he has been eating at the EDR and thus is too full to meet Herbs and Rye for the Texas Brazil restaurant to avoid picking up the tab.
Trooper's latest just dropped. He actually gives a hand history he admits he played bad, which is a nice introspection. It's good to go over hands you think or know you played bad. However, even after hindsight and going over the hand outside of the heat of battle during the hand, he still would have played it bad and maybe worse.
There's a reason he's a long term breakeven/small winners poker player. He's stuck in 2010 poker mindset.
