The ‘confession’ has sparked a healthy and rather strange debate about collusion on the 2+2 forum, with views ranging from ‘what Trooper is doing is cheating’ to ‘nothing to see here, move along’, after poster ‘mrducks’ initiated a post entitled ‘Poker Vlogger Could Be Colluding STSNG's at WSOP at Rio’.

I think he really does have feelings for her.

If she dates other men his age, a lot of them are not handsome and are overweight. If someone checks all the boxes 2+2 says a guy should check, would that guy want her? It’s a lot harder for women in their 40’s and 50’s.

She probably thinks he looks like a regular guy, not an unattractive one. Probably almost any guy she would be with in his 50’s would have some extra pounds on him.

I wonder what dating for her was like in her 20’s. She probably was sweet, was younger and more attractive, and more naive.

Probably doesn’t want to be lonely. For her to be single again, go back on the dating scene in her 40’s and try to find a good partner and a serious partner may be something she thinks isn’t easy. Trooper does want a serious relationship and she called him a good person before.

As for the money issue, at least that shows she isn’t using him.

Tim is like a ugly injured dog at a shelter. You only adopted him because your lonely and you know no one else is going to want him and he's never gonna run away from home.
