Fascinating that you can say with such assurance what would or wouldn't ever cross the mind of the Creator. When did a creator reveal this to you?

Edit: Ignore the answer above. I misread your post, sorry. (Chillrob pointed out that I misread your post)

Just responding to say chillrob was entirely correct about the intent of my post.

Mine would have a lot more statues.

50 meters high in gold, that pees champagne every hour on the hour into a champagne fountain.
If it doesn't meet that criteria then tear 'em down.

My name is Gorgonian and I approve this message.

Well, realistically he is one of most quoted posters in recent days, so it would seem his opinions are actually the ones that matter the most. If you had added a social media algorithm to the mix, the rest of us would likely have been all but invisible.

Welcome to why 2025 looks the way it does.

It's what the liberals/progressives/etc overwhelmingly want to talk about.

For some reason we let trump & co dictate the battlefield and they are slaughtering us (although we win the mocking really well, yay!)

Well, the only American politicians less popular than Trump on this forum are everyone else.

As I've said before, I really wish that Trump's narcissism and vanity had taken the form of insisting that his name be plastered on a bunch of newly modernized airports, train stations, bridges, and highways.

Failing that, I would have preferred Trump statues and his mug on newly minted $1000 bills.

But what we actually have is Trump expressing his narcissism by insisting that he is above the law and more important than the office or the institutions that have been entrusted to him.

That's not the absolute worst case, but it's close.

Republicans circle the wagons so that they can protect the thing in the center of the circle, no matter how horrible that thing is.

Democrats circle the wagons because it makes it easier for them to shoot at each other.

But even according to the Bible, all Adam and Eve did wrong was eating a piece of fruit, which hardly seems worthy of severe punishment for them and all their descendants.Plus, God even lied to them about the nature of the fruit, saying that it would kill them. The serpent was actually the honest one (at least in part), saying that the fruit was both delicious and would provide

? According to the bible "eating the fruit" was literally the worst thing they could have done (aside from harming each others), they had complete material abundance and freedom within that abundance and all they got asked in exchange was just to leave that specific tree alone, yet they did it anyway.

It was a "very very very wrong" thing in that value system.

The Bible is such a stupid ****ing book

There’s like a few bangers in there, maybe Ecclesiastes, but 99% of it is just garbage

And I like the story about Jael and Sisera, pretty good stuff

I like the magician dude, the one that turns stuff into other stuff at parties and walks on water and ****. He was almost as good as David Blaine.

Where do all the souls come from? Where do they go?

My advice to you is to do less mocking, then.

So are all kiddie's fables.

That sounds like an apt description.

A lot of people opposed to Trump debate the issue as if they have an ample selection of ideologically pure alliances to choose from. In reality, it will take a very big tent to derail this administration.

People who doubt me should carefully read through this entire old thread containing many of the original online poker stars:

I solve difficult problems.

If poker players would’ve listened more to my strategy posts back then, they would’ve profited. The same is even more true now with my posts about culture.

Just like how so many were blind to the truth back in the early days of online poker, so many are blind to the truth about culture now.

Indeed. Though that war is relatively easy compared to winning the peace.

They're not independent. It would really help in defeating the likes of trump if we had something to offer instead. Far too much of the line seems to be that everythign was fine. Even to the cvatastrophic extent that saying thare are serious systemic problems is somehow a right wing line.

It's not just a zero context poker thread from 17 years ago. It's a zero context poker thread from 17 years ago where his read was 100% wrong. Takes someone special to pull that out and tell everyone that this is why they should listen to your advice.

This is legit one of the weirdest flexes I have ever seen in my life.

I will concede that your posting in that thread, right or wrong, was at least coherent, which lends credence to the idea that your posting in this forum is deliberately incoherent. Either that, or your ability to post coherently has diminished considerably in the last two decades for whatever reason.

Because it's God's commandment and you allegedly follow them? Why are you so evasive here, I'm asking you incredibly simple questions?

I'm not being evasive at all.

The clear command is to not bow down and worship graven images.

I am 100% obedient to that.

And for the record, I'm not bowing down or worshipping two-dimensional images either. That way I'm covered!

I had been thinking of suggesting that craig visit a psychiatrist and possibly get on some antipsychotics. But perhaps a regular doctor is all that's needed.
