I have 2 avocado "trees" that I planted when I was 5-10 years old, according to my grandparents. That makes them 40+ years old!

They're very skinny because I almost killed them a couple of years ago, but they sprouted back up! Just a plain ol' grocery store haas, stuck the pit in some dirt....

I started growing avocado trees from all the leftover pits. It’s surprisingly easy, I do it in little tea cups next to the sink.
