It is probably 90%+ Palestinians. So if companies are being boycotted for being in the West Bank, they will just leave and take the jobs with them. The world is a big place. Lots of places to build a factory. Probably the only reason Israeli companies are in the West Bank at all is so they can employ Palestinians, and they are probably getting some sort of financial reward for it from Western NGOs/GCCs to encourage them employing Palestinians.
One of the problems with boycotting/embargoing Israel to "help" Palestinians is that Palestinians (including Israeli Arabs) are fairly integrated economically in Israel, and on average they tend to be more economically vulnerable, so they would bear the brunt of the measures.
The fundamental problem is the same as it has been for 80 years now. The Palestinians never stopped fighting their war to kick out the Jews. And even if there was somehow a paradigm shift here, there is no will or capacity to stopped non state actors (who are often working alongside foreign states) from continuing the struggle if given the breathing room to.
So Israel makes sure they dont have breathing room, and everyone is collectively punished. But the world has provided no better alternative than this.
A Radical Vision for Israelis and Palestinians
--Ezra Klein gave an interview to a couple of Israeli left wing activists (they call Tel Aviv Jaffa just to give an idea how ideologically committed these women are) who are in a "1 state solution" movement that proposes having freedom of movement, but you can only vote where you are registered. So it would basically mean Palestinians could "return" to Israel, but not participate politically.
--During the interview Klein repeatedly brought up the point no one in Israel, including Arabs, would want this for various political and economic reasons. And armed Palestinians 'liberation' groups would also not accept it because it legitimizes Israel.
So how does a democratic state organize their society in a way that literally no one wants? Israel has their version of a Constitution and Supreme Court like the US, but there is certainly no legal justification for engaging in this type of action against the will of pretty much everyone.

The so-called outrage over Israel persecuting Christians just seems so bad faith and manufactured. In large swaths of Africa and Asia, Christians are under real persecution and even genocide, almost exclusively by Islamists, and their historic populations are rapidly collapsing as a result. Close your eyes and randomly point to any nation in Africa or Western Asia, and you will probably land on a nation with widespread persecution of Christians by Islamists, and concurrent population collapse (genocide).
And Israel proper is literally one of the few exceptions to this general trend. Yet there is so much energy by so called Christians to be morally outraged every time some far right Israeli teenagers spit on a priest in Jerusalem, while being completely agnostic towards all the large scale persecution and real genocide of Christians going on.
It is all so bad faith.

My brother just got back from Israel. He said he was in the old city and saw 30 Arabs and 30 IDF walk right by each other with no incidents. We talked about how you never see Israel killing Egyptians or Jordanians. What’s the common denominator here? These people aren’t Palestinian terrorists. These people were smart enough to sign a peace treaty with Israel.
So much for this big bad Israel talk.

Have you ever looked at a map of Africa?
It is a big place, but there is also a lot of Islamic terrorism, much of it pogroms and genocides against Christians. Most of it is in the northern half of the continent though, FWIW. So maybe some qualifier indicating this.
I mean I admit I am not losing much sleep over Islamists in Africa. But I am also not the one freaking out every time a priest gets spit on in Jerusalem, claiming Jews are persecuting Christians. It is the left and woke right doing this, and it comes across as so bad faith.

New York City mayor Zohran Mamdani has said he was reviewing whether his administration could arrest Benjamin Netanyahu if as expected the Israeli prime minister visits the city for the UN general assembly in September.
Mamdani’s comments on Saturday’s episode of the New York Times’s the Interview podcast echoed ones he had made to the publication as he successfully ran for mayor last fall.
“I believe that prime minister Netanyahu belongs in The Hague,” Mamdani said, referring to the Dutch city that is home to the international criminal court, which issued an arrest warrant for Netanyahu in November 2024 over alleged war crimes in Gaza. “He’s a war criminal who has been charged by the international criminal court, and what you will find is that is an opinion that is held by many, purely because of what his actions have wrought over these past many years.”
Mamdani said it was unclear to him whether he has the legal authority to order the New York police department (NYPD), which he oversees, to detain a foreign leader like Netanyahu. But he said he was in “an active conversation” with the city’s law department about the matter.
“Whatever the law allows me to do in New York City, that’s what we will do,” Mamdani added. “But we won’t be writing our own laws to that end.”
