No, because I don’t think Boko Haram is interested in some particular geographic region. So I would deny that conjunction. Whereas it’s very easy to see Israel is only interested in particular geographic regions, and not to conquer them but to neutralize them as security threats.
Whether they are immoral in their tactics is a different question than their motivations.
