POG Politics Thread Version 3
Come on in! Since Dustin is taking his ball and going home, it's time to start a new politics thread.
What am I supposed to do with jars and jars of zinc?
if you collected it from the bedroom
and you collected it from the bathroom
and you collected it from the living room
you have everything but the kitchen zinc
Zing! or is it Zinc!
repetition is a powerful rhetorical device
this really is not bad, right? or am I delusional? I mean I know I'm delusional... but who cares if sunrise if 8 or 9am?
Looks fine to me.
God going on twitter is like Russian roulette. every post I make could ruin my life.... like I could totally see myself possibly saying something so offensive, that the world rises up to cast me out... that's what happens to people on twitter. it's actually a really high stakes game of who says they stupid **** today and ruins their life....
like I want to say "getting kicked out of the army for poor moral character is like being kicked out of the nazis for being too racist" which is a valid comparison... but I don't trust myself at all to judge how virally offensive it is... I mean it's like 99.99% to just go completely unnoticed in the sea of **** tweets. but there is a non 0 chance that whatever stupid **** I post could ruin my life
almost happened to a friend of mine. absolute horror story! just tried to post a pic of a cool event, and people went crazy, and the event was ruined, and it was truly awful... but thankfully went away pretty quick
Filthy, post away. No one will care.
Remember that one lady who was like I'm flying to Africa hope I don't get AIDS! Just kidding, I'm white! Then logged off for eleven hours and when the plan landed she was out of a job and society.
I don't remember that! but that's the kind of **** that can happen. it's high stakes.
my guess is mark has a fairly non chalont attitude about posting cuz he has really good judgment of what kinds of things are wildly innapropriate to say. so it's less risky for him to talk.
I could say anything! i don't understand how other people might react
that guy Seth harp talks so much **** on really scary dangerous people who are mentally ill.
like he is gonna get himself murdered
I've been refreshing X all afternoon. Still no viral post from Filthy. 😡
Filthy, if you ever are single and looking let us know, I was watching a video on twitter from some DSA lady and she was going on and on about how every president of the USA was evil and all I could think was hey this could be filthy's soulmate!

blows my mind that anyone could think any differently
people thinking any USA president was a good person is the same as being a flat earther
like "he's the leader of this genocidal slave nation waging war all around the planet, millions in prison, obscene wealth inequality, a million homeless, no healthcare.... but he's not evil"
how do you feel about Jimmy Carter? He's the main one folks would point to recently. Building houses for poor people with his bare hands into his 90s.
I remember supporting Ford during the election cycle. I was 6 wtf did I know.
if it's not enough for you that USA is inherently evil, and any ruler of the country is also going to be evil... there was genocide in east Timor he supported. embargo on Cuba. military bases all over the world with soldiers raping locals. the military pollution alone. I think he was involved with arming and training al queda
he could have pardoned Leonard peltier and however many other political prisoners. I believe he had Mandela on a terrorist list.
dedicated his life to the lie that USA is a representational govt, surrounded by portraits of slave owners and war criminals who are all rich white men and made up the entirety of the govt for it's entire existence.
and that's just off the top of my head without really knowing anything about his term in office
