In the spirit of the books and movies threads, here's one to talk about what you're listening to lately and what you hav

No problem with Duran Duran or Mister Mister. Big fan of Major Major Major Major but that would go in the book thread.
SLEEP might be the supreme example of “this is the ONLY band from this genre you should ever listen to, trust me”.
Always thought Oingo & BNL would be the alltime easy fun show. Can never remember the other 1-2 bands on the bill. B-52s maybe probably.

speaking of girls on film, there used to be a quite interesting version of that music video on mtv back in the day that seems to no longer be available.
as for SLEEP, was living less than an hour from san jose around same time they started formulating the bassist of their future music
