maybe Chet but i'd have to see what the deal looks like....he has the same problems evan mobley has vs good teams, can't really be a stretch 4 on offense but can't punish smaller defenders either. Still pretty young though.

He CAN be a stretch big on offense, but he was absolutely terrified of Wemby tonight. He literally didn't even take a single shot in the entire 2nd half.

I don't watch much NBA in the reg season. What is it that makes the Thunder so awesome, I still don't know? With massive teams its usually obvious, the old Bird Celtics, Magic Lakers, Jordan Bulls, Isaiah Pistons, etc. I guess the Thunder have tons of great pieces around the stars. This is definitely an "in the moment" comment. It wasn't a great series outside Game 1 and Game 7.
Much like the Warriors v Cavs in 16, which was had boring games outside Game 7.
In the last 8 years there's been 14 different finalists and (will be) 8 different champs.

They had the heart of a champion, so I wasn't knocking them. My handicapping was along these lines: SGA is scoring like Jordan, assisting like Jordan, rebounding like Jordan, MVP of everything like Jordan, shooting way better than Jordan ... so if they start stringing titles together he's better than Jordan. But that ain't it. So they are going down. Some things are not allowed. And that's the way it was.

I disagree. Just because they took turns slugging each other doesn't mean it isn't a great series. Not at all. Think of a heavyweight fight in which it goes back and forth with each fighter losing lopsided rounds/getting knocked down, etc., then coming back to win lopsided rounds. Then it gets to the last round even. That's not a great fight?
The level of intensity, athleticism, play making, skill, strategy, and championship fiber was a 10 out of 10 on both sides, as they vie for the rights to establishing a dynasty. Amazing spectacle.

No the main reason they lost was the Spurs are better, winning exactly 2/3 of their matchups this season.
The O/U on games for this series was 5.5 (with some weight), money line +210 (what I got), and Spurs +1.5 games. In spite of the fact that the Spurs own them.
It looks like the Spurs outscored them by 26 points in these 7 games, and also outscored them by 26 points in the 5 regular season games.

OKC's home winning percent in regular season was 80% +. Versus the Spurs it was 33%.
In the playoffs OKC's home win percentage was 100% against everyone else; 50% against the Spurs.
When OKC went to San Anton, five games, they lost by ~ 10, 20, 20, 30 ... and won one by 15.
