HN pretty much a zero-content poster, but sometimes was funny. Trolly also zero-content most the time, but sometimes I find him utterly hysterical.

I'm just saying one can't agree about something more than 100%. It's either 100% or something less than that. But Trump thinks 500% off of $100 is $20 so you guys have similar math strategies, hence the comment.

this would be a reasonable response if either
A) people didn't constantly go over 100% for rhetorical reasons as a standard use case of the english language
or
B) you didn't constantly label me a trump supporter daily despite zero evidence of me actually supporting him
so acting like this was some completely neutral and reasonable observation divorced from context is a little hard to take seriously.

also, “this 1,000%” was obviously rhetorical emphasis, whereas trump’s “500% off $100 is $20” was him genuinely not understanding basic math.
