And he doesn't have to get injured anymore because he doesn't play with LeBron. Kyrie obviously won't get injured either now that he doesn't have to play with Lebron. That team must be 82-0?
Lebron wasn't dead weight in his prime, so there was nothing extra to carry, plus teammates got to stand in the corner.
It's only the old Lebron that is dead weight and weighs down teammates like Luka and Reaves - his presence makes them press, hesitate, and be less confident and less optimistic... This is a recipe for injury
Oh now I figured it out. Playing with Luka injured both Kyrie and Reeves.
When Lebron played 70 games a year Reeves never got injured. As soon as Reeves had to play with Doncic he got injured. Luka cancer Lebron doctor.

It's only when lebron became a negative (dead weight/extra weight) that teammates must carry this extra weight and therefore more susceptible to getting injured - this includes the bad fit with Luka this season, or Westbrook in 2022 - that's when AD missed 40 games like Reaves this year... Lebron's on-court was negative in 2022 and also this season due to the bad fits, and this extra weight caused injury to key teammates
It all lines up and adds up

Thread Cliffs
There's no argument that Lebron was the best Laker in 2020 because AD led the scoring and carried the defense, which lifted a lottery team to champion.. He dominated Jokic and turned the Lakers' defense from worst to first.. Since Lebron was the 2nd-best Laker in 2020, it means that Jordan has twice as many chips as the best player compared to anyone else in 3-pointer history, or since the ABA merger, aka "modern era".
Ultimately, even though Lebron had 2 to 3 times the opportunity to play with other stars than MJ, Curry or Duncan had, he failed to produce dynasties like they did... Instead, weak records and perennial underdogs were the norm, primarily due to bad chemistry, since the roster talent was the best in the league (preseason favorites).. Bad chemistry and zero young player development were the norm because Lebron's ball-dominant, "downhill" skillset increased his teammates' assisted buckets/spot-up role, which cratered their assists and created low assist teams.. This is all statistical fact.
Thread cliffs. None of your arguments are consistent.
Spin so good FG should apply for a job as Press Secretary.
Playing dumb doesn't even work for ICE anymore
The historical record is clear - Lebron has 3 chips as the best player, since there's no argument for Lebron as the best Laker in 2020... He was carried on defense, while being the 2nd leading scorer, and he wasn't "the guy" against Jokic (or anytime victory was in question, aka when it mattered).
Ultimately, even though he had far more help, Lebron produced bad teams compared to his peers that were beaten by record amount or record surprise/upset.. We don't need a bigger sample because TONS of guys won more and produced better teams than Lebron - they didn't all just get lucky.. Accordingly, he's inferior to many guys by virtue of a skillset that produces weaker teams.
Where's the spin?
If you're a negative, you hurt the team
These Lakers lose when Lebron is on the floor - he hurts this team and this is the 4th season of his career where his on-court is negative (2004, 2022, 2025, 2026).
Big negatives force positive teammates to carry extra weight - the extra weight causes injury... We saw this in 2022 when AD got hurt from having to carry a negative fit between Lebron/Westbrook... This year it's the same thing except the bad fit is Lebron/Luka, while Reaves was the injured player that made the biggest accomodations for Lebron.. The adjustment was too much and he got hurt..
So thanks lebron - you destroyed Reaves career - he would've made All-NBA this year or last year if Lebron had just retired, smh.. He destroyed the Lakers future and roster development.. If not for Lebron's presence, the Lakers would be WELL ON THEIR WAY to having a title team with Luka... But with him, their future is destroyed and they're literally headed nowhere - they have no future
I thought only primes counted?
I already won the primes debate (unless there's something else you want to address), so now we're debating 40-year MJ vs Lebron, and I'm using the plus-minus numbers to make the case and demonstrate LeCancer
However, Lebron's destruction of Reaves' career and Luka's team isn't just a product of being old, since Bron-ball has been cratering guys for his entire career - no one has a longer list of bad fits than Lebron...
And no one was more of a boneyard (careers die alongside him) - no one ever heard from Wood, Dinwiddie, Taureen Prince and countless others after playing with Lebron

2011 Playoffs - Heat vs Celtics
Wade........ 30 ppg... 6 apg
Lebron...... 28 ppg... 4 apg
^^^ By getting Lebron past his bully, Wade showed Lebron how to perform under pressure, and he showed it again by dominating the Mavs in the Finals
not sure why Wade taught Lebron how to win, he's won without Wade and made the finals before playing together.
In the history of the NBA, no one ever shot 35% with 6 TO's per game in a series, except Lebron in the 07' Finals and 08' ECSF.. It's the worst chucking and ball control in the history of the game.
This worst-ever caliber matters because it's great evidence of a weak East that any Tom, Dick, or Harry was winning with 1-star teams (Dwight, Iverson, Kidd, Lebron).
After getting historically locked up in the 07' and 08' Playoffs, Lebron was historically upset in the 09' and 10' Playoffs, including an epic meltdown.. Since Lebron was such a trainwreck, it was vital that Wade show Lebron how to perform under pressure in the 2011 Playoffs.. Wade did this by dominating the Finals and also getting Lebron past his bully (Celtics), shown in the previous post..
Oddsmakers actually hated Lebron at that time for losing as the favorite for 3 straight years (09-11').. This is why the Heat's veteran super-team were underdogs to baby Westbrick in 2012... Oddsmakers weren't going to get burnt again, and people correctly wondered if Lebron had a winning "phobia" (scared of winning, aka choker).. Wade helped him get past this choker label to some degree.
Ultimately, it's easy to forget that Lebron's repeated failures in the East caused him to put the top 3 scorers in the conference on 1 team.. It's amazing that he got credit for winning the conference after that.. He really shouldn't, since the Finals losses expose that his Finals appearances were conference-dependent (he wouldn't have made it from the other conference).
Are you inventing people to quote?
Might as well talk about how Jordan destroyed Rodman and Harper.

Harper was already averaging 7 ppg alongside Pippen in 95' before MJ returned.. He was already washed from the accumulation of all his injuries.
And Rodman was 35 and 36 years old in 97/98, while playing WELL according to you guys in 96'.. Rodman was older than 2008 Ben Wallace and basically the same age as 2010 Shaq
And I just pasted that other post from another forum.. It was worded well so I figured I'd post it here for easy reference in the future
I'm looking at the boxscore from the Lakers/Bulls game last night, and it appears that Lebron was a big negative, while Luka and the bench were big positives.
So again, Lebron's big negative is dragging the team down and they're having to carry his extra dead weight..
At this point it's statistical fact that Lebron shouldn't play more than 15 MPG or the team starts losing when he's on the floor
Harper, Rodman washed. Pippen terrible.
Warriors in 4.
Rodman's last good year was 96', so he could still get Draymond tossed
Series over
That's just 1 of the many ways the Bulls would beat the Warriors.
Furthermore, the 96' Bulls were full of 2 or 3-time champions like MJ, Pippen and Rodman, while the 17' Warriors only had 1 chip and KD had none - so the Bulls could win with EXPERIENCE
Another way to win is Jordan averaging 45 against Klay since he averaged 36 and 41 against better athletes and/or defenders (Drexler, Majerle/Dumas).
Another way is removing the 3-point line (70's rules).. Using 90's rules defense would also work
Another way is Durant getting locked up against real defense like he has in the past - he's susceptible to the defense of that era (physical) and the 96' Bulls were the best at it..
With few exceptions, MJ dominated every team down the stretch of games, so how would the Warriors deal with someone dominating them in clutch-time?.. Today's players and teams don't have to deal with that caliber of attack and pressure.. Heck, based on how great Kawhi was in beating Giannis and Embiid/Jimmy Butler, we can gauge that he would win at least 2-3 games from the Warriors if KD was healthy.. And we're talking the Raptors, not the 96' Bulls
I love that there's other forums.
Can you link these other forums?
Just for fun, lets reply to a post in full.
You're going to have to make up your mind if Rodman is good or not.

Bulls had 3 players with chips. Rodman, Jordan and Pippen. Total of 8 chips, about the same as the Warriors. Once again, make your mind up if you think Pippen and Rodman are good or not.

Well, I mean Iggy would be defending him...

Sure, just change the rules. I note you don't want to talk about the beginner 3 point line they had in 1996.
Another way is Durant getting locked up against real defense like he has in the past - he's susceptible to the defense of that era (physical) and the 96' Bulls were the best at it..
Tell me you didn't watch the 2017 Warriors without telling me you didn't watch the 2017 Warriors.

Game wouldn't even be close enough to worry about clutch time.
So Rodmans last good year was 96? So Jordan cratered Rodman confirmed.
Kwame Brown was also a #1 pick destined for greatness before Jordan got to him.
