Venezuela government rejects and denounces US military aggression

We've just seen an official statement from the Venezuelan government.

It reads: "Venezuela rejects, repudiates, and denounces before the international community the extremely serious military aggression perpetrated by the current Government of the United States of America against Venezuelan territory."

Trump ordered strikes on Venezuelan military sites

President Trump ordered strikes on sites inside Venezuela, including military facilities, US officials tell the BBC's US partner CBS News.

the genocidal empire built on mass murder, theft, and slavery is bombing someone. what a surprise. but dont think too hard about it, just blame it on the latest rapist pedophile president and definitely dont look at state department policy going back decades.

Deuces seems pretty angry lately.

Wow, Trump captured Maduro. In before they put him in a cage in front of the White House and let people in red hats poke him with sticks.

I just wish to take this opportunity to thank President Trump for keeping me safe from the evil scourge that is Venezuela, who are of course a far bigger threat to the world than Russia and China combined.

Calling it "captured" is the first step of dehumanisation him in preparation for torture and/or assassination.

"Kidnapped" would be a lot better.

Stop calling it war. These are terrorist attacks being committed by
the US government. Every foreign nation should be lining up sanctions.

I also found the use of the word "capture" as at best weird, as it implies Maduro was a fugitive or something. Not a fan of the guy but "kidnapped" is indeed more apt.

Let's hope it doesn't turn into another Lybia

The whole thing has cousin Eddie vibes. He probably legit doesn’t understand it was a kidnapping.

This was my first thought as well.

Actually, there was a legal arrest warrant, with a clause to allow foreign arrest and extradition. And he was arrested and read his rights according to US law.

And unless he makes a plea deal and goes into exile somewhere like Moscow or Dubai (there are internet rumors this is already in motion) he will have his day in court with representation of his choice.

In other news, word on the street things are really popping off in Iran. Rumors are the inner circle of the regime is making plans to escape to Moscow. Maybe them, Assad and Maduro (and eventually whatever Hamas and Hezbollah leaders are still alive) can all share an apartment.

Shocker that Tim Walz is stepping down from re-election. Wonder why.

That's totally something he would do if the scandal was all BS.

I think a reality TV show featuring exiled former rulers would be exactly something that the writers have in store for us.

I mean, yeah, probably. Hes political uranium.

You guys really don’t understand things very well

And if it isn’t obvious, the whole Somali daycare thing is objectively nonsense.

There is a reason it’s only getting passed around on Twitter. That reason is because it’s obvious ******ation and that only flies with deeply right wing perpetually online morons

What do you mean. This has been going on for years and there have been numerous violations recorded and arrests made.

It just hasn’t been a MSM talking point until right wing Twitter and the Trump administration forced their hand.

There is literally zero proof presented in the Shirly video. There isn't even anything for Walz to deny.

I'm starting to wonder if you guys have completely had your brains broken or if you were really this gullible the whole time. Its objectively low effort slop that people are just lapping up

Is this a result from the complete gutting of objective journalism? I dunno guys, its kind of depressing

Right. And who made those arrests and found those violations?

Even if it is proven, how can it possibly be the “largest fraud ever uncovered” given the miniscule amount of the budget that goes towards childcare, in one state. Any Medicare, social security, or defense department fraud would dwarf whatever they find iMN.

It seems pretty moronic when the guys only proof is that they wouldn’t let him in. They certainly look shady and remind me of the doctor mills that use to exist in California to commit insurance fraud. Given the money in injury claims, I would be that type of fraud would dwarf child care fraud as well.
