Caesars Poker Room to close for remodeling? mid July
Played today and the word going around is the rooms closing for remodeling. Not sure on the date of closing (heard maybe

Looks so depressing every time I walk by, also, this "play later because there's drunk people" concept is not true anymore because every weekend warrior grinder thinks the same way.
I might play around 3am when I leave Omnia to see if I'm right, however, it'll have to be a regular weekend not F1 weekend.
These guys think it's going to return to a 2010's decade Vegas room. Lol. When it offers promos right away, the Venetian, Horseshoe, MGM and South Point promo nits will infest it quickly.
Im still yet to play in a vegas game that wasnt at least decent. Always a couple of people that are completely clueless. Horseshoe, CP, Aria, V, Bellagio, Orleans, wynn. NL, FL, PLO, DBBP. Doesn't matter - e z $

planet hollywood ****ed up making it in the 2nd floor IMO, it was smart to try to go 1-1 PLO that flamingo used to but rooms that are a bit tricky or not for the eye to see isnt the play IMO.

I think venetian was good if you're a tourist or looking because their 1-3 is def more chill and more laid back since they had A LOT of 2-5 and 5-10 tables going compad to otehr rooms.
I assume the more 2-5 and 5-10 tables a room has going the more "chill" the 1-3 tables will be

the only place that ever happens in 2025 is Mandalay Bay and maybe MGM Grand.
Not sure what you mean when both Aria and Encore are prime tourist locations with tons of people walking by. Aria poker room is dead centre and Encore has a night club just by the poker room.

yeah its super far the **** out there but the 2 nights I saw 1-3 tables were chill meaning a really cool non try hard vibes just peeps having fun

Again not sure we play the same hours or the same game. I have played against hundreds of drunk tourists at both Bellagio and Aria 1/3. I’ve had people pass out at the table or being kicked out for being too drunk during every trip. But then again I usually start playing midnight

That happened to me a couple times when I first started playing 20 years ago. Never since. There has occasionally been 1 drunk guy at the table and it was always me. But it's never been Bellagio or Aria because I never stayed at Aria and not Bellagio in at least 15 years. If I play real late at night, I like it to be close to my room. I guess all the drunk tourists go to Bellagio or Aria. The downside of me playing there is guys like you know that.

I like the location. You don’t get the smoke you get in other poker rooms, it’s not in a super noisy casino, the area around it looks nice and I think it feels comfortable.
Also, the Venetian poker rooms in the past have been popular enough that bad players will find this room. It’s also busier than it was in the older location right before it moved.
Someone just posted on the vlogger thread that Caesars is now giving $3 an hour comps and 51 tier per hour.
I dont see how this does not turn back into the nit fest games of old with nits grinding tier and comps in horrible games.

That’s actually good news for anyone that doesn’t play there anyway. Maybe more nits can go there and stay away from the other rooms.

They do have the highest rake in Vegas as they take promo/jackpot drop. It’s actually absurdly bad but hey at least people get a small percentage back!

Game was the least nitty out of all of the other Caesars rooms that I played in for 2 weeks. The other Caesars (Planet Hollywood, Horseshoe) rooms were full of promo grinders with sub $100 stacks trying to put in their 12 hours for the bi-weekly freeroll.
Found lots of action afternoon, evening and late night.
