I agree. Player card status gives Rice a superiority complex that his ego needs. He even makes fun of people who have to wait in line because they don't have player card status. Prior to him getting a dealing job, I bet player card status probably kept him from feeling like a loser.

Well,its safe to say i hit a pure homerun smashing the BS button that Rice was gonna play a 10 hour session today. He managed 3,5 hours, only like a third of the 10 hours he was shooting for. Epic fail.
Also its pretty clear at this point Rice actively avoids filming any scenes at "the adress" as he calls it. If you compare the situation where Rice stays at any hotelroom or even an airbnb dungeon he starts the vlog filming at his accomodation like 8 out of 10 times.

There are infinite scenarios where a woman could go from a failed relationship with a successful man to a "successful" relationship with a loser of a man. The fact she (LT) is with a loser now is no guarantee her last partner was also a loser.

Do you remember when he made a huge deal out of him not being a nominee for the GPI awards?Rice think so highly of himself despite having zero reasons to do so,that i genuinely believe he was serious about his dissapointment.
Rice adressed this in a video after he got flamed hard in the comments,and he denied that he genuinely thought he should be nominated. I think that was a lie,he was just trying to save face after being roasted on this stuff.

It seems crazy to me that anyone would spend hundreds of millions for a baseball stadium and there's no baseball team for it. Vegas is better off without the A's though. The same cheap owner will be there and they'll never get enough attendance to make it worthwhile. If it weren't for major league profit sharing the A's would've been bk years ago.

Like a large number of professional sports operations, ticket sales don't mean very much. League revenue sharing, Television revenue, naming rights, merchandise sales is where the money is at. The real sweet spot is when a sports team owner can get the taxpayer to foot the bill for the stadium, giving him a free place to rake in the profits.

It's already not going to be completed by opening day 2028 which was the target date.

You can't pay for construction and associated costs with GAP stock which is where the majority of his net worth is locked up in. No major banks were willing to loan him a significant amount even though he has a net worth over $3 billion as you say. Imagine having $3 billion and the banks say ok you can have $300 million in loans.
You keep saying he has $3 billion in net worth yet he still hasn't ponied up the over $1 billion needed to start actual construction. I don't care how much his net worth is. He has not funded the project and we are in the baseball playoffs.
Again, the timeline on the stadium was about three years and the target opening date was opening day 2028. A $3 billion net worth isn't going to speed up construction.
