That's kind of the point; they're already welcome in there. I've seen more than my fair share of women in a men's room because of long lines in the women's room.

Women want a female-only space because many feel unsafe around men in a vulnerable position. Men aren't concerned with being taken advantage of by some strange woman, so if they want to piss in the next stall, let them.

With a quick google search, there are many documented cases of men dressing up as women to sneak a peek or take photos in the women's room. I can't find a single one claiming a woman was caught perving in a men's room.

Women want a protected space where they're not forced to be vulnerable in the company of men. For sports, the average man is vastly physically superior to the average woman, and again, that means women want a protected space where they can compete on a relatively level field.

The goal of women’s sports is to promote opportunity for biological women at the professional and collegiate level. But before that, the goal of sports is actually to build comraderie and friendship (90% of high school women athletes will never get a scholarship worth more than a few thousand).

If it was the case that women’s sports were MERELY due to physicality, then there would not be a separate category for women in chess, competitive shooting, darts, esports, etc.

So given that the goal is explicitly to benefit biological women and level the playing field, including trans women in that doesn’t make much sense. But at the high school level it may actually make sense to have them participate so long as they are barred from college sports because it does advance comraderie while taking nothing away from biological women.

Like I don’t disagree that to some extent to fulfill the purpose of women’s sports trans women have to be excluded, but the point is that you just clearly haven’t given a great argument for it. Because actually what it implies is that if there really were trans women that were on parity or below the average female athlete that including them would be no problem (for example, if HRT taken for a long enough time starting at an early enough age the population would be on average on par or with biological female strength/agility/etc) but there are reasons still to exclude them even after that in consideration.

This implies it’s a problem for all women and that all trans women will make people uncomfortable by using the bathroom of the gender they look most like. Clearly, that’s just not the case. So you’re just smuggling in your own beliefs as the common sense position.

As far as the first part, you’re the one that said that the men’s room is not dangerous for people that look like women, so I’m not sure why again you use this sort of incoherent argument I’m not sure I even understand. I think the goal is I’m supposed to take offense, but to me it just makes you look uninterested in giving me reasons to agree with you and rather you want to virtue signal about how anti-woke you are.

First, most don't actually transition.

Second, most of these are crimes of opportunity, and if you normalize men in a women's locker room or bathroom, those opportunities increase significantly.

So what's stopping them? The fear of getting caught where they don't belong before they've had the opportunity to do something they shouldn't. That's why many of the predators who get caught today are caught in literal costumes, pretending to be female to avoid suspicion.

Finally, most trans people do generally look like ugly dudes, because naturally beautiful women aren't going to give up life on easy mode without a fight. You can not like this take because it seems offensive, but I think it fits the reality of the situation.
