If you’re going into sales you usually have to choose between medium but somewhat predictable returns and high annual returns with very high variance, which isn’t for everyone.

The vast majority of those do it part time and have other jobs. Don't know what the percentage is, but the number who do it full time for a living and push volume is fairly small.

Yeah, my admin at work got her license so she could sell her parents house and move them into another one.

Becoming a realtor is trivially easy so lots of people do it after hearing its easy money but while the job is easy the money generally isn't

Kinda like I have a license to sell insurance but have never written a policy

Being a realtor is like being a pro poker player Hard way to make an easy living if your good at it

My father was a realtor and back than he got a book every month with all the listings by neighborhood and he would have to search the book for houses that fit the clients needs than drive them to all the houses to look

Today you go on the internet plug in your parameters and you have photos and videos and detailed maps yet the commission structure has barely changed

I am still shocked we have realtors with the internet

Progressives in the West have tried to establish a new kingdom on their own because they rightfully saw the inadequacies of the old king (traditionalism and organized Christianity).

And they have failed.

They are resistant to admitting the reality of their failure because they fear restoring the old king, which they know isn’t the answer.

Still, there is a third option - the invisible prince. In order to find the invisible prince, progressives must restore the old king since the invisible prince is near the king.

This where we are in the West. Progressives need to realize that progress is about quality of life instead of power and materialism. Counterintuitively, quality of life does not actually depend on, and it turns out, is often opposed by material focus.

They must return the institutions back into the hands of traditionalism so that they (the progressives) can lead properly through the hiddenness of the reality of the messianic prince.

The progressives and the traditionalists are brothers who don’t realize they are twin brothers. Meaning, neither side can win in a war against each other. They can only lose.

Institutions are primarily for preserving old truths, not for progressive takeover. They depend on the progressives to keep them moving forward rather than complacent, but from the outside.

Western history has been driven by progressive takeovers.

The Israelites took over from the Egyptians. The Christians took over from the Israelites. Liberalism overtook Christianity. The Woke overtook Liberalism.

Now, many are waking up to the idea that mindlessly following this pattern is taking the West off a cliff.

We were supposed to stop when Christianity and Liberalism shared power.

If the prince is invisible how do you know he's near the old king? 😀

Have you ever heard about the phenomenon where twins are geographically separated, one experiences something, and the other simultaneously has an unexplainable revelation about it?

Anyone who makes himself a twin to the hidden prince will begin to know him.

the arc of history psychosis is very recent.

Reality is both psychotic and revelatory. Act accordingly.

On a related note, someone asked Chat GPT to rank the 5 worst cases of slavery in human history, and this is the list they came up with:5. Barbary pirate slaving (~1500s-1800s)4. US southern postbellum period (1877-1941). --Continued chattel slavery in all but name3. Trans-saharan Indian Ocean slavery pipeline w/ prevalent castration (~700-20th century)2. Congo free state (

wtf does “someone asked ChatGPt” mean?

Like you can’t just run that **** yourself and copy/paste what it says like people do all the time? Is there something special about this particular list it gave this one time that you like?

wtf does “someone asked ChatGPt” mean?

It means he asked ChatGPT but he's too embarrassed to admit as much.

you can prompt with a lot of details and stuff to generate different answers.

This list is what eigenrobot (twitter account) generated with an undisclosed prompt. He is a kind of "hero" to the gray tribe (you would perhaps consider him a crazy rightwing account? but not in the normal rightwing sense).

90-92% of eigenrobot posts are double-triple meaning pyramids of layers so here he probably prompted in a way to troll the most people possible. That's why i don't interact with that list even if i immediatly recognized the source

Being unscrutable isn't clever, nor is trolling people with layers of meaning / context. It can certainly be fun, but it shouldn't be confused with being smart.

More often than not, it is just a sign that the writer does not want to express his opinion directly, explaining it in detail. So instead, you hide it in inside jokes and pretend outsiders are stupid.

So instead of writing "I think taxes are dumb", you write "Figure I'll take the toll road down the library and read 'Human Action' for free'", and then people would have to know your stance in advance to figure out if you are being sarcastic about taxes or the book.

Anonymous sources, and foxnews, so i expect you all to not believe this, but here purportedly there are senior banking officers claiming they received clear guidance to debank rightwing people and institutions by the Obama and Biden admins

https://www.foxbusiness.com/media/bank-e...

The executives said that ambiguity in federal laws was exploited by regulators under the Obama and Biden administrations in order to pursue political objectives. According to one executive, banks were pressured to deny services to certain industries as part of Operation Choke Point and Operation Choke Point 2.0.

"When there’s ambiguity in the law, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and for a long time the beholder was the Obama and Biden administration," the official said.

Another senior banking executive said that negative news coverage was considered criteria for "reputational risk." During the period between the 2020 presidential election and Trump’s return to the Oval Office in 2024, he was subject to a flurry of lawsuits and negative press. Banks, according to the official, responding to the wishes of regulators, would use the negative press directed at conservatives as a pretext to debank them.

There is literally zero reason to believe that luciom. There are probably 50 reasons to immediately assume its 100% made up bullshit

More like 3 billion reasons

This is straight out of Leftists playbook and not surprising at all. If you don't abide by their authoritarian policies, they will do everything to destroy your life, and this is not just a practice isolated to the United States. We all remember that during the peaceful Trucker protests in the 51st state then prime minister Trudeau went as far as freezing their bank accounts.

Zuckerberg admitted on the Rogan podcast that he was pressured to censor certain ideology and viewpoints on facebook.

I am hoping Obama is held accountable for his crimes

Obama has presidential immunity
