I actually agree that the most probably thing is that the files are completely useless, or they are so toxic that it would be a pyrrhic victory for whoever releases them in full.

At the university level, I would say I was discouraged from having a romanticized view, either of the U.S. (and its leaders) or of states in conflict with the U.S. (and their leaders).

I think it was more because of the incompetence of Merrick Garland. Things could have been so much different with someone leading the justice department who actually cared about (swift) justice.
Biden never claimed to have a list. I didn't think about Epstein during the Biden administration except occasionally when he was brought up by conspiracy types. Until near the end, when Trump started talking about releasing the list. Even then I didn't think there likely really was a list, until the new Attorney General said it was on her desk. Then of course everyone wanted to see it. It's not that tough to understand.

What we do know is that Trump was the victim of an attempted coup. Obama, Clinton and the Russian hoax along with the impeachment during his first term. Gabbard has been on the case recently and I hope Obama and co face charges for their treason.

The federal takeover of policing in DC kind of seems to being missed by much of the media as to the motive (even in spite of apparent dramatically decreasing major crime in the area). Of course the media is suspicious of his motives, but mostly I'm hearing "distraction" as the motive.
