Rice is not like any other dealer. Rice goes out of his way to involve himself in discussions and arguments where he has no business being in the first place. He takes offence wherever he can and will bend over backwards to enforce rules and rubrics that other dealers would never think to enforce. The satisfaction he derives from these altercations more than makes up for any loss in potential tips/wages
