I felt bad taking Pittman, but watching Jones, Pollard, and BRob go was pain. I thought about Mason, but wanted Pittman more to cover for possible slow starts by Tet/Godwin.

Good draft. We both went relatively light at TE haha. I think if I had a do over, I'd take Otton instead of McMillan, but feel good about it other than that. The Pitts/Penix play felt nice.

How would your strategy change based on Final Size?

Over 500 probably just correlate w17 same or more than I already try to do

Under 100, definitely focus on it less, but still probably get a little in

Stacking is also less important the smaller the finals. However, I'd still like at least one stacking partner with my QBs, even the elite rushers. I also think RBs/QBs should be elevated and WRs/TEs should be devalued some, the smaller the finals size. Chasing the end of season rookie upside is also less important in smaller finals and smaller w15/16 advance rate structures.

With that said, I've found myself not drafting as optimally when I'm trying to adjust for finals size. So I mainly draft the same way, regardless of contest. It's really hard to make the finals, so just draft the way you think is best, regardless of size. You're still going to need the guys you need to win.

Just curious - heels & newguy (& anyone else mass entering) - do you know the week 15-16-17 matchups cold / by heart now?

The fact that I don’t is what’s stopping me from doing fast drafts at the moment (I’m in+finished 16 slows right now) - I hope once mid-August comes around I’ll have ‘em down cold lol

W17 yes. 15 and 16 some, but I don't really focus on those as much.

I only have the w17 matchups memorized. But I use the SpikeWeek draft hacker tool to keep track of it all while drafting.

Before I had the SpikeWeek tool or had it memorized. I would just make a spreadsheet and have it off to the side.

Watched Liam's stream and he did a DK draft with guest JJ Zachariason. Herzig was in the room. Funny how they both ended up with 4 TEs. Also interesting that Liam's team is the one with more stacks and correlation despite not using any tools and not being Herzig.

These UD contests are filling too quickly!

I only got 78 puppies in and I didn’t get any SFs or other time boxes in from the last release of contests

It's killing me how fast they're filling. I did 75 Puppies and maxed the SF.

I'm in 140 slow drafts between UD and DK lol. DK best ball week didn't help, either. It's about 40 more than the max I like to be.
