If he has hidden his arms then how do you know they are small? How can you see his arms if they are hidden?

This. Trooper is the junkie spotter, he would get a flat fee for each play he finds and calls in. Might not be the best deal, but Trooper would be a good spotter just because he’s not a drug addict.
