I don't think there is much mystery about Luciom. He has some passive source of funds that allows him to lead an OK life. It isn't enough to make him feel like a member of the landed gentry, but it's enough to make him feel like a "have" and enough to make him unafraid of whatever sort of weird oligarchy he prefers.

I've said before that I don't think he is a troll or an edgelord. I think he is fairly typical Western European right-wing extremist. People who think he is a troll/edgelord are mostly just incredulous that people with his views exist. But they definitely do. If people are horrified that people with Luciom's views are relatively numerous, well, fair enough. Many of his views can be aptly described as horrifying.

Up to you, but I'm just going to point out that you yourself recently characterised people you consider stupid (for political reasons) as 'mongs', which in Britain is an extremely taboo, abusive and prejudicial term, generally used by lowlife as an abbreviation for 'mongol', which was formerly used to describe people with Down's syndrome because their facial features were felt to look Mongolian.

Italy's kinda extreme in both senses. Bologna, where he's from is actually pretty pro old school Communist whereas other parts are Fascist strongholds. Last time I visited Milan, you'd see graffiti of Hammer & Sickles and then 100 feet later neo fascist slogans. He's no edgelord or troll, and his views would indeed be seen as typical there in terms of pro fascism anyway.
