There is ONE store in Cosmo that takes mgm points. I couldnt believe my ears when I found it. They have really nice clothes and stuff too I immediately spent the like $2400 in mgm points that I never can f'n use anywhere bc they comp everything to begin with on some snazzy stuff. Even got some way overpriced sunglasses thinking I could sell them but promptly lost them

You are talking about MGM reward credits. OP is talking about the $2 food comp players receive from playing at various poker rooms.
I redeemed my MGM Grand poker rewards. I only had $17 worth. The guy at the poker desk listed the venues that took them: I remember him saying Starbucks, The Buffet, the sports bar right next to the poker room and some other place that sounded expensive. The poker room person was good as I almost walked off without having the comp printed.
I ended up just using it at Starbuck's as I want d something quick.
