There's really nothing wrong with trying failing and being realistic. But being delusional and living like a pauper because you want to pretend to be a poker pro is madness especially when you put zero effort into improving.
That's not counting sponsorships and commission from poker apps. I'm sure WPT pays Brad a pretty penny. And I wouldn't be surprised if Mariano and Ethan get 5-6 figures monthly from Poker Bros or whatever app they are promoting.
I was watching another Youtuber who creates content related to business. He mentioned he gets $20-$30 per 1000 views. In the case of gambling related videos, I was told that they paid much less as they don't create as much value to society as other categories. I don't know anything for sure, but maybe some of you guys do have a more clear numbers. I would be curious to know
A very rough guide is $4 per 1000 views, for videos with a general western audience.
