It's actually pretty sad watching trooper, diesel, pman vids now, when they started out they had an interesting story and seemed like cool people but they all are just thin skinned losers with unjustified egos.

Funny how trooper thinks his enemies will want to be his friend. Has anyone ever wanted to be his friend other than Diesel. How many vlogs of him entertaining friends that are in Vegas for one reason or another? How often we hear about him having to attend a friend's wedding or bachelor party? How about any party or get together? Never. How many times has a friend asked him to be the mohel for their newborn child? ( He could use Diesel's buffet meat shears) Never. Pman seems to have convinced his family that he's only gambling on stuff that can be +ev which is true. The problem is HE'S not +ev at it.
Are there AP slots? Yes
Is he playing AP slots? No
Is poker beatable for a living? Yes

It's really sad at this point honestly cause he's never gonna stop gambling. He knows just enough to make gambling dangerous for him. Look at the last vlog he dropped with him winning big on the piggy slots. Long term, he's going to lose cause those slots weren't in a +ev state but he won big so he won't realize it. He ran hotter than the sun and cashed a few tourneys so now he's a professional poker player and tourney wizard. Then the WSOP happened.
But because live tourneys take years to realize your edge or in Pman's case lack thereof, he can go for years and years and lose and pass it off as variance or run bad. As everyone has pointed out, him finishing second in the Casino employee's event was the worst thing that could happen to him. It was immediate as he quit his job at Sahara and his only source of income.

To be fair, there are athletes that have this mindset in order to stay motivated. Jimmy Connors the tennis pro was a perfect example of this. Except with Trooper, it hasnt motivated him to get better at poker. He just comes off as psychotic.
I thought Trooper played the flopped flush hand fine. Obviously the turn bet is going to be a lot of sets, and people will fold sets face up on flush boards that didn't pair. It ain't 2006 anymore. On the flop he has the nuts and bets 10 into a pot of 40 after he raised PF to 10. Then he calls a raise to 25.
On the turn if villain checks back then he doesn’t get a c/r in and that’s a disaster. Villain probably will bet the turn though.
Also another club kills his action so why not try to get the money in earlier when he ranges villain on lower flushes and sets? It’s a disaster if villain has a lower flush and gets scared off when a 4th card of that suit comes in.
I didn’t understand his thought process thinking villain would only put him on an ace of clubs and think Trooper was bluffing (if villain shoved the turn). Trooper may have been too hard on himself for not shoving the turn though.

Sure but athletes like that put in tons of work knowing their opponents are also working hard. Trooper does absolutely nothing to work on his stagnant game. He was a marignal winner 5-10 years ago. He hasn't gotten any better. Meanwhile games are harder ,take his higher and he expects gold result because "I'll show the haters".

His reaction was what I expected. Some of the teasing from Jeff Boski was more mild in my opinion. Some people just don’t like it when people try to be funny like that and they don’t think it’s funny at all.
Lady Trooper might see RDP as an enemy of hers now, in addition to Trooper seeing him as an enemy.
