Trooper got destroyed harder in his own comment section of this latest video than perhaps ever before (and deservedly so). It’s overwhelmingly negative, savage, and bashing comments pointing out the obvious in addition to Ryan Depaulo supporters throwing gasoline on this dumpster fire that Trooper calls his vlog. Squeaking into the money with some limp dick stack isn't worth much in a bounty tournament.
If he really wants life changing money he's better off putting that 1000 dollars on 1 number in roulette and if he wins rolling that all on to one number again than he is playing this tournament.
It was an entry won via free roll. He never had $1,000 to piss away.

The reason why he is playing slots and taking shots at tournaments is because he cannot consistently grind in cash games and needs a big score at something.

Finally watched this and the part I disagree with the most is he thinks villain would put him on a bluff if he check-raises the turn. At the same time, he thinks villain looks strong enough to have sets and flushes. Then why is it a good spot to bluff?

At low stakes a turn c/r looks like a monster. Same thing with a turn c/r followed by a river shove.
Also, villain has that strong of a range and he never considered 3-betting the flop? Flop bet is pretty small too. But he doesn’t mention his thoughts on that so somebody would have to ask him. Obviously he thinks waiting until the turn to c/r is better.
He may be right that a turn shove might have worked though.

I think he is less interested in 2-5 than he was a decade ago. And with some 1-3 games having higher buy-ins, or trying to create more action with bomb pots, and with 2-5 games increasing buy-ins, there is less of a reason for some people to move up.

At least he finally admits he’s not a poker pro and is a break even player. He’s using poker to make content for the vlog, not to actually win money at poker.
Although that contradicts what he has said earlier about if he didn’t have the vlog, he would be able to play poker more. Why would you play more poker if you admit you are a break even player.
Is he insinuating he would eventually become a winning player if he played more than two hours? I mean there’s a lot of part time and weekend warriors that win at a reasonable clip for extra income.
