President Donald Trump
I assume it's still acceptable to have a Trump thread in a Politics forum?
So this is an obvious lie - basically aimed at
itt we got Whitey from Ohio ranking groups of black people on how white supremacist they are
wild!
If she didn't convict criminals, she would have been labeled soft on crime.
It's a no win w/ conservatives.
yup.
that kinda the points im trying to make with victor on couple of subjects.
politic its a circle.
when u get so far in one direction or the other, u end up almost in the same camp as the opposition.
we see it with victor ending up by his actions, supporting trump, maga and bad regimes like putin or china, even if it wasnt the intention to begin with shrug.
Wonna bet the changes Senate GOP will pass will be extremely significant, and the house won't automatically accept them?
I am surprised at how much power you guys think Trump has
he uses emergency measures many times with no backstop at all.
yeah seem pretty powerful to me, even to the point where he defies with no retribution the suprems court.
White supremacy is about power invested in and wielded by the ruling classes in countries historically dominated by Europeans first and foremost, not race.Of course a black person like Obama was working to uphold the establishment which is institutionally built to favour white people. It’s not usual to call him a white supremacist but he nevertheless clearly believes in the sys
the US is composed of 75% white people.
maybe he just ruled in the function of the majority .
I think that even those who did, were not white supremacists.
Same as if you sell stuff to the Nazi you don't become a nazi.
Doing your self interest while furthering some cause doesn't make you a believer in a cause.
The repairman of the AC of a bank isn't a banker nor has to share the banker politics.
Someone who sells guns to a side in a war isn't necessarily sharing that side interest in winning.
Qatar funding Hamas isn't automatically interested in Palestinian well being.
And a black acting with whites to damage other blacks for his own personal gain isn't a white supremacist.

You know that cant be true !
It will shattered the entire world view of Victor and destroying his favourite narrative of genocide by the Americans ….
I'm not sure what my "double standard" is.
Government employees are public servants. Employees of Uber and Walmart are not.
I can 'opt out' of shopping at Walmart; taxation is typically compulsory.
You are opted in to living in this country no one's forcing you to be here--that's 1 of the responsibilities of making that decision. Don't like it pick another country on the menu.
Is anyone discussing the big beautiful bill, and the extra $4 trillion it will add to the debt, and who it mostly benefits?1. Does the House’s “one big beautiful bill” cut Medicare? (Answer: Yes, by an estimated $500 billion.)2. Because the bill cuts Medicaid, how many Americans are expected to lose Medicaid coverage? (At least 8.6 million.)3. Will the tax cut in the bill benef
Some folks might be discussing the Big Beautiful Bill in another thread. Most likely in the Big Beautiful Bill thread, but who knows?

Huh?
I love living here in beautiful California.
I've never said or implied otherwise.
Please be less stupid moving forward. Thanking you in advance.

i think his point was living in the US isnt "compulsory" like tax.
u can opt out of the US like opt out of wall mart.
anyway, you should read didace post ...
the principle of not giving privacy just because they work for the government doesnt make much sense.
example, many governments contracts from privatize companies stays secret too.

Put your Trump hat on.
1) Not all drug companies are American. If they won't play ball, he'll punish their parent nations' other imports.
2) For American drug companies who won't play ball, he'll hurt their other customers with tariffs with the goal of getting those nations to lean on the American pharma companies to agree to Trump's terms.
We're almost on year 10 of this ****. How have you not figured out how to speak Trump yet?
Again, that isn't the definition that comes to mind for most people when they hear the term white supremacist. Using the term white supremacist to describe both Obama and David Duke isn't a productive way to discuss race with most people.
I'll continue to mouth off even if it eats me bans when i see people conflate (white supremacy/nationalism/western power) with nazism where it doesn't.
It's like when there was confusion on whether David Duke would side with the Palestinians or Iran v the west in that war. That's a hell of a shift in perception. His followers literally can't focus on anything else than fantasizing the killing of Jews and now they've managed to blend into to the rest of society. They aren't patriotic people but they have a good chnk of the guns and they have been running good and loving the latest turn of events.

What's more likely: Trump thinks drug companies sell cars and wine, or he skipped over some story-connecting details in his rant?
C'mon, people. There's so much better stuff to latch onto.

the USA is a worldwide outlier and unlike basically every other country in the world, it retains fiscal power over it's citizens even if they leave.
So no you can't just avoid the taxman by leaving if you are an American.
you have to renounce your citizenship which is a lot different (and requires you to first find another citizenship which isn't automatic).
