I've never met a Christian who said that street preaching was "beneath them." If anything it is the opposite: Most Christians don't believe that they have the knowledge or skills required for street preaching.

You can't make up new religions with new practices and necessarily be afforded protections. In this sense, defined religions are treated in a similar manner to biological sex.

A religious group might have to fight a test case in court if it came to that, but they'd fail if their beliefs conflicted with other protected characteristics (just as gender-identity promoters failed in their attack on the rights of women and girls).

What most people have objected to that the Trump admin has done is targeting people for political views that are critical of US foreign policy in Israel, and Israel as a state. That doesn’t make them communist.
They crashed the stock market, it recovered to pre-crash levels, and we haven’t even been fully hit by tariff effects yet which may cause another crash.
But they want credit for making it back to the economy that Biden left them before the crash.
