I certainly see the necessity of filtering. But I don't think a high IQ should automatically put someone at the head of the line. And why Chinese people with a 100+ IQ? How about anyone from any country with a 100+ IQ?

While all Christians are called to share their faith, not all are called to be open-air preachers.
I've never met a Christian who said that street preaching was "beneath them." If anything it is the opposite: Most Christians don't believe that they have the knowledge or skills required for street preaching.
