There continues to be an overwhelming implementation of anti trans legislation across the country. One bill that aims to protect trans peoples right to exist has you foaming at the mouth like this in the face of hundreds of passed anti trans legislations

basically smart trans activists asked for a more sensible (=less absurd) text because they feared courts would have annihilated the bill otherwise.
we are talking that the previous text would have made parents lose custody cases if they used the name they had given to their minor children, that's the level of horror they started with.
the law also went against federal law and agreements with other states when it was about a refusal to comply to court orders in inter-state cases about trans minors.

it is not "anti trans" to allow "dead naming" , and it's not a matter for the state to regulate how I am supposed to call other people.
