The better option for Trooper is playing at Venetian for a while in addition to other rooms. 3 hours of poker there and it's free parking for the day.
In case he bails after only 2 hours, that's fine too, as the first 3 hours parking is free for locals.
Do that until he gets 75 hours for a 12-month period and that gets the upgraded card for free parking always. The Palazzo parking garage is sweet and easy access and exit, and it's a straight shot up the elevator right to the poker room.

It’s like he has never read any Tommy Angelo stuff — before every session Trooper has played for years he eats greasy, overpriced strip food then always performs terribly the session short and performing terribly. Well, the walking will help Trooper but it is odd that he doesn’t have second tier status at any strip property to park for free or won’t hustle a casino credit card deal. He goes about everything in the worst way possible almost like some masochistic kink but then he immediately blames his stupidity on someone else.
He’s definitely banking on this thread, that hasn’t talked about much at all since he quit poker, to whip up into a frenzy and get him views.
And of course, they have a nice fancy coffee machine for free self-serve coffee all day so he wouldn't have to waste time and money walking around to find a Starbucks. But that would all make too much sense.

I disagree with this. Venetian garage is a rectangle. It's easy to know your bearings and how to get out or into the casino. From the top of the escalator that leads from the garage, you can see the poker room sign. When it was there. The Palazzo garage is a labyrinth. It's easy to get lost in there and you just have to drive around a lot until you find an exit.
When you step out of the garage elevator, there are no signs to the poker room or casino. I had trouble finding the room even after an employee gave me directions.
Nomadic gambling vlogs are the future. The Skater Nomad vlog has 20,000 and he just started even though Trooper has been around for a decade and has 40,000 subscribers.
ELD has the technical Nomadic skill superior to all Nomads but needs to bring his subscriber numbers up.

The general rule is only an attorney licensed in State "X" can opine or advise a client as to the laws of State X.
Advising or discussing Federal law or laws is more open to an attorney who is licensed in any State or DC.
Beyond that, and outside of an attorney-client relationship, a "nomad" can write pretty much whatever he or she wishes as a general matter for publication online.
Can dress up in a suit, even, and carry a briefcase, doesn't make them an attorney.

A lawyer is someone who has been educated in the law and has completed law school. They can provide legal advice to others, but they cannot represent clients in court because they have not passed the bar exam
