You have my sympathy, I have a mot g play (2021) as a back up phone ...(It came in handy a couple of days when I left my main phone in an Uber. )The moto g play phone itself is complete trash, I'll trade it in first chance I get back in the US.(Fortunately, the Uber driver brought my lost phone back as soon as I was able to contact him through Uber. Fwiw, Uber suggested I r

Thanks. I agree. It isn't good. I got it for $2 with no commitment to a contract or provider at Walmart a little over a year ago.

I hope to upgrade by the end of the month.

Rice's world is crumbling around him. First the 4 daily voucher drinks were "illegally" rescinded, next on the chopping block will be waived resort fees and cheap diamond mid week room rates when he inevitably loses his status. All the while, the answer to his woes is literally staring him in the face. Just give up the stupid fantasy of being a professional poker player, living

He would have to move from Vegas to make $50/hr. Or at least to make that AND get 35+ hours a week.

Wonder if Orleans will let him play there. If he can get enough tier credits for a comped room, he won't have to worry about resort fees. They don't charge them on comped rooms.

Of course he can play there. Once the series ended he is no longer an employee. And before pandemic at least Boyd employees were allowed to play in the rooms they dealt in. Can't speak for 2024 but I dealt at Sam's Town and played there on nights it was slow and we had too many dealers.

He made $40 to $50 per hour working the summer series at Orleans. But outside of that, moving around is no problem for him. It's not like he has a permanent dwelling.

You can't get those hours year round. There are a lot of shifts where you get forced out after 4 hours or so.

He was trying to ask you in the nicest possible way to turn your signature off. It annoys a lot of people for some reason.

Rice is a Karen?

ELD reports that the ultimate room goal is to book a combined reservation using cash for Sunday through Thursday and then use comps for Friday and Saturday and then book the following Sunday through Thursday for a combined long term twelve day stay in the same room. ELD has allocated $400 in comps and aiming for a low cost weekend around $150 per weekend night and states that the gas savings for his communte from the airbnb and the efforts spent loading and unloading his luggage are an added benefit to the ultimate twelve day stay.

Rice is a Karen?

No. It's a spoon food.

A dealer/floor at 7 mile casino in San Diego, quit his dealer job at Orleans because there wasn’t enough available hours like previously stated in this thread and now works 3 days a week commuting in from Mexico to save money. When I heard this, I immediately thought that would be perfect for Diesel, with his stellar driving and newfound dealer skills.

20 hours at just $30 an hour is a lot more than Diesel makes at poker with no downswings.

The real question is what is Diesel’s obsession with being in Vegas? He is the only nomad with a strict schedule, 9 months in Vegas, 3 months at home in Long Island, with a few 48 hour baseball trips and occasional poker trip mixed in.Why isn’t he bumhunting games in Potawatomi or Blackhawk, he can find cheap airbnbs anywhere. By now the allure of saying he’s a real “Vegas pro” has worn off to his family and friends back home, especially when they see him living at home for months.

The funny thing was I never made it through any of his dealer videos except 1 and 50 but when I watched the first minute of the other videos before turning it off he seemed to be way sharper and didn’t have that cognitive decline from before he was dealing. Now that he is done dealing his brain is rotting out of his skull again.

ELD aiming for a low cost weekend around $150 per weekend night ...

Lots of coping by Rice in today's vlog.
I'm calling bullcrap by Rice claiming he's willing to spend $125/$150 a nite for a weekend hotel room in Las Vegas.

You would think? Sigs don't bother me, but some people get really worked up about them.

Between Caesars cutting off drinks for diamond plus grinders and the uncertainty regarding the Caesar’s poker room, Vegas is becoming less of a hub for the homeless 1-3 poker players. If I were Rice, I would just drive from city to city to grind in their poker rooms where the games are much better and the Airbnb’s are much more affordable. Due to the way he plays, it will be hard to adjust to the opponents play in non Vegas rooms. We’ve seen this in his Cali vlog from last year.

ELD can easily rack up 150 hours and get Mlife resort fees waived and then he can go around to Atlantic City and Detroit, etc.

He could hit Biloxi and play at the Beau Rivage, that’s an MGM property. Only problem is their 1/3 games are uncapped so Rice wouldn’t dare step foot in one of those games.

It's all the more bizarre given he doesn't have any interest in much of what Vegas has to offer in terms of food, bars, etc

resort fees will be waived but rooms won't be cheap.

ELD could grind Horseshoe Indianapolis where they also give 34 tier credits and $2 an hour in comps. A burger and fries is only $11. Sodas are free.

Yeah. I thought two dealer vlogs would be one too many this summer.

I think Blue's were better. And I'm also a dealer.

How many days did you deal in the last 50 days, and how many of those were close to 8 hours before your back gave out? Early off anyone?

Does the moto g play not have the option to turn off signatures? Yeah didn't think you could figure that out.

Quit dumping on other people when your own life is in shambles and can't even afford a decent cell phone.

I never said he could get those hours year round. But there are multiple tournament series, it wouldnt be impossible to get 6 months worth of high paid work just dealing tournament series if you are willing to travel.
