If Biden had said on TV "Facebook should take down those posters", that would have been a fair comparison, and it would have been a violation of free speech.

You really don't want to have to wait until you get a warrant/judicial order to take down that stuff and that's something that is very reasonably dealt with law enforcement interacting with private companies.

The FBI has been taking down content which wasn't blatantly illegal for at least years. Everyone here should know that.

But in general you might dislike the idea, but facilitating americans committing crimes is a crime for the USA even if it happens elsewhere.
Other countries might have different rules but for ex you can get charged in most first world countries for underaged sex in other countries ("sexual pedo tourism" or variations thereof)

We should also not be prosecuting foreign nationals for doing something in their home country which is legal in that country.

Well you are entitled to your opinions on jurisdictional matters, but the point is that the discussed events have nothing to do with 1a violations. Criminal content can be taken down and that's not a violation of the 1a.

The FBI has shut down some websites which could not even be directly used for what they considered to be illegal activities, but only advertised the entities which enabled those activities. I think some were taken down which only discussed those entities, but I can't remember specific examples of those.
