Villain's 1 bb bet is significant imo, it looks very much like they are trying to induce relatively strong. I was thinking about raising smaller here, but then otoh thought fish probably aren't folding their worse flushes regardless of my river xr size and decided to just go for it.

Gotta let them take the opportunity to hang themselves. Vs a reg or even someone with half a brain a lead makes sense most of the time. Based on previous streets action villain (fish) is clearly betting a hand (a hand typical to fish) that they like/kinda like and dont just want to check river most of the time. I like the cr jam coz it gives the fish the opportunity to level themself to a call instead of possibly getting away from the hand vs a donkjam. As bizarre it might sound, it most likely makes sense in fishland to donkjam 150bb into 50bb ish with nuts-> they might fold. Vs hero’s agressive image fish might think CR jam is a bluff

Yeah agreed. I think in this particular one it's important also that I intentionally time bank tank jammed. It was super clear ofc to me that I'm raising, was just wondering different sizings, but taking max time to do that is massively +EV imo after seeing an inducive looking line.

Wp with the timebank tank and choosing the allin size. More of these and you will get +5bb/100 added to ur already impressive winrate!

Hmm... The biggest pot since the start of the challenge. Against two VPIP 50+ splashers I think the ATo squeeze is fine due to the facts that these two fella's fold to 3b was in the low twenties, and I hadn't witnessed SB reggish cold 4'ing me more for 3betting these two guys a lot. Not yet at least.

Flop whatever, I just generally like to keep checking and betting smallish more than not, could probably check as well.

Turn a pretty obv check imo.

Then river I wasn't sure this guy is going to call a jam with a K anymore, and at first didn't like the spot. But then on the other hand after seeing them call 3bets OOP with stuff like T9o, QTo etc., I think there should be around equal number of better and worse boat/quads combos. 8 x AA, QQ, JJ, TT, 6 x QT and JT. Out of those 8 better combos they probably 4b AA and QQ most of the time, but you never know with these guys, so maybe close. So I honestly wasn't sure about jamming at first in game.

But then I remembered our convo here last night and the shit I've seen these kinds of guys station, so I was like fuck it, I ain't nitting up against a giga beluga on this site, I've seen people call with A5o in similar spots.

Now that I think of this in hindsight, the river jam should be more obvious than I thought while tanking in game.

Obv been running super well in showdowns. In addition to all the pretty mediocre but still OK results in MTT's, about 10% of the 'challenge' now complete. Haven't played any MTT's the last few days, just wanted to concentrate on cash. Now it's been still mostly 10NL but a couple tables of 20 on the side. But I think yeah I've been lucky running this hot, but on the other hand it's nice to have another month at micros where it looks like overall results are going to be pretty close to 1k euros. But we'll see, still a few days left.

Positional stats so far. I don't think I'm massively spewing BB and samples are for sure tiny, but that's def a position I have lot of room for improvement in.

Hi - I am new in this forum.
I think I play at the same site as you do.
In the last months its harder to play during the day at the 5 and 10 Euro tables as you have the same 10 regs sitting on nearly every table.
But for sure the site is still very soft :-)

Probably you are one of these regs

Probably you are one of these regs

Oh dear, probably been punting to you then, but you're welcome lol. I only played like a few k hands of 5NL in the beginning of the month to get the momentum going. Not going back there unless I somehow manage to dust off my roll back to less than 100 euro. 10NL is just as soft as it's always been imo, few players there with reggish stats who don't have some really weird shit going on in their post flop strat, or then play OK some of the time untill some kind of ape shit tilt 15 min happens. Most of em are like open books especially in 3b pots, and therefore I'm sometimes in spots honestly with hands that should def not be there. 20NL is a bit 'tougher' I think in a way that some of them do adapt to how I play, and gotta be a bit more in line with them I think. But hell, I'm a bit of a fish reg myself and not immune to tilt or terrible misjudgments more often than I'd like to admit, so I'm not in a position to call anyone a fish 😃

But it is a fact that without table selecting at all, most of the time there will at least one or two VPIP 50+ all stars at any table on NL10. My biggest individual donators all time have still been the large volume 17/14/5 or something nits who indeed seem to be there at all times playing I dunno how many tables,

Probably not one of those regs on every single table all the time though. I rarely do mega long sessions, just 6-tabling for like 3 sessions averaging maybe 1000-1500 hands per day, meaning just 2-3 hours per day actual playing. I usually start my day by drilling some stuff for an hour or so, then watching an interesting post on YT. Then like an hour of playing and reviewing with Pio inputting ranges I think are more accurate than GTO. Then another sesh and more review and so on. I also always screen rec my sessions and then cringe watch myself torching EV when I'm not in a mood to play but have nothing else to do lol.

Not sure what's goin on here with the reggish villain raise, , , ,

Do you think Veikkaus poker room is rigged sometimes or all RNG are legitimitate?
I have days when I run 8-10 buyins under EV over 2000 hands. Its not everyday but 2-3 days a month. I have never run 8-10 buy ins over EV over about 2000 hands…

I have days when I run 8-10 buyins under EV over 2000 hands. Its not everyday but 2-3 days a month. I have never run 8-10 buy ins over EV over about 2000 handsÂ…

I ran like 50 bi below EV in 100k hands last year, one particularly ridiculous day I still remember -10 bi within just 1k hands or so. I've seen worse than that graphs at NLHE on the internet many times, and I'm pretty sure all high volume grinders would call that a Thursday.

This year I'm like 50 above EV, but at this point I don't really care anymore bc there's nothing I can do about it. If chips go in and there are still cards to come, I'm moving my concentration onto the rest of the tables. Just needless to be using our brain capacity to be thinking about stuff out of our control. Absolutely convinced there's nothing weird going on with the RNG, over large samples **** happens one way or the other. I've researched some other high volume players graphs/stats on that site, and some of them seem to never lose flips, then some seem to lose them every time, but that's natural over small samples.

I'm just trying to think of it like even +/- 200 bi isn't a problem over 3 million hands if you'll need a magnifying glass to see the deviation between the EV and green lines after that.

First shots at 50 during this 'challenge' today. Didn't go well but happy I tried, be'ish. Feeling super confident though, but still with some grain of salt. However I did like playing there, more tough decisions and mostly the same regs as on 20NL, who seem more conservative there than on 20.

Anyone wondering about my BRM here, I've played quite a bit of 20 before here and know I can win there as well, although with a much lower wr than 10. I'm just quite convinced at this point that if I wanna move forward, I have to be much more aggressive with my shots than previously.

My final goal after all is to be contending next years Coin Mid Stakes Champs. I think I've been in micros for long enough and looking forward to being destroyed next June lol

But those are probably dreams that will not happen lol, but I do enjoy the tougher comp and will work hard to get better

For anyone wanting to see how to punt, here is a way to do that

MTT's +125.16 euro.

So monthly overall results 964.91 euro, which at current market rate is about $1.1k.

Uhm... not super happy with the results. Had to play lower cash more of the month than I wanted to, MTT's OK, what could I expect with such a low volume but I'll take it. Still a pretty good start given I'm now rolled to drop 5NL at least, which is where I started. Was planning on playing just 20/50 this week but had to work, but I guess it's not a disaster, starting August in a better position than I initially thought I would so all good.

Edit: Interestingly the first ever month I can remember where my redline is losing... Not that it matters though.

great result

One of those (many) spots where I absolutely keep on button click blundering by not paying attention to timings when maybe a bit too tired to play myself. These guys (VPIP20'ish nitreg) rarely 4b this chunky with worse than QQ+ and AK, probably never when their pre timing is like 4 seconds. Should absolutely be a 5b jam to get their AK in as well, which will by just calling play exactly like this particular run out. Realized my mistake about 2 seconds after just calling, and wasn't the first time. Probably should put a post it note on my screen frame that has "send it with AA against snap 4bets". Yeah it's def exploitable if I don't just flat AA here, but pretty sure that's something I shouldn't worry about playing against people who are just clicking around. Myself included.
