For the average full time working person 300k would be life changing. You'd be able to pay off your bills and maybe even pay off your house or at least cut the mortgage in half while also having alot of extra money every month. The rest of your life would be alot easier

imo ryan depaulo's digs at the trooper are actually funny.

The trooper is so thin skinned and has such low self esteem that he can't take a joke when it's about him. Even though he is constantly joking about other stuff and seems to have a sense of humor.

It's funny that the trooper says any person can do what he does and he has no talent when the trooper himself just films himself drinking coffee, eating burgers and pizza, playing break even low stakes poker. Does he think that takes talent?

I think the trooper is threatened by any other content creator that is more popular or has more interesting content. He seems to feud with any person that is more successful than him. He gets along just fine with el diesel and bikeking who he isn't threatened by for obvious reasons. Maybe he's worried they'll steal his girl? She was initially into him because of his vlog right?

I still watch the trooper vlogs and even consider myself a fan but he sometimes acts like such a bitch

I am simply shocked that ElDiesel has not snapped & gone off the rails at a player or supervisor who did not understand or follow the rubric when he is dealing.

I am also somewhat surprised that somebody who reads this forum OR watches his videos has not gone in and made some comment about his lifestyle or results. I could very easily see ElDiesel blowing up at this.

While Trooper can pretend to be a tough guy "meh Timmay is his own boss" and is delusional about his poker abilities he's obviously not happy with the corner he's painted himself into. That's why digs from RDP hurt- because he knows they're true.

He was utterly miserable at the prospect of NEEDING to play 15 hour hours at nit fest horseshoe games. That's not being your own boss. That's being forced to do something you don't want for a dirt hourly.

Obviously only a total moron picks playing poker for 5 bucks an hour over dealing it for 30-35 an hour. You'd have to be as dumb as the Trooper to do that. As the years ago on Rice will deal more and more and there's nothing wrong with that. It's amazing he was so stubborn for so long.

The thing that Trooper does not have right now is a possible pension and what I’m sure of is a low social security when he gets to that age. Without that he will blow through that 300k very quickly.

Someone with a solid pension and social security will be able to not only live off the 300k but also keep growing it through mutual funds.

Pman justifying playing in the Industry event cause he’s edited a few videos and has made poker vlogs to tens of viewers while every big name player who could conceivably make that claim as well instead spoke out against playing it and letting actual casino employees have their day is laughable.
