[CoinPoker] - Official - Bringing the Game Back to Players
Hello Everyone,
This is the Official Thread of CoinPoker (previous thread)
I don't know how that works out in terms of rakeback, but the heads-up rake seems high. I had played about 20 hands against this opponent by the time I took the screenshot.
I'd like to know if other heads-up cash game players feel comfortable playing with this rake; personally, I'm going to put things on hold until something is actually done about it. In my opinion-and I don't claim to be an expert on the subject-the rake is excessively high. I also believe it makes "reg battles" very difficult, especially for those who don't have private rakeback deals (assuming such things even exist).
Honestly, I think a site that is transparent about these kinds of matters and its relationship with players certainly gains more customers; I don't understand why poker sites are so quiet about issues that could actually attract more players and build loyalty. I played on an app that kept changing the rake, and often a good portion of the players didn't even realize it was happening; I'm seeing the same thing here. (I'm quitting heads-up play until things improve.)
I've been waiting nearly a month for a comprehensive review regarding several issues with my CoinPoker account-issues that support here already acknowledged would be addressed.
The main problem is that, at times when I'm winning, the money on the table doesn't fully transfer to my account; this happened again yesterday while I was grinding.
I received a refund of only around 156 USD and they admitted the problem existed-yet the process of doing what needs to be done is absurdly slow. Honestly, I could have tried to ruin the site's reputation, yet I kept playing-even putting in one of the highest volumes of play in my field.
If anyone asks if I recommend this site: I absolutely do not.
High rake
Extremely slow support
Total irresponsibility; these issues affect a player's mindset and obviously lead to frequent tilt.
I'm going to post a private response from support admitting the glitch exists and promising an audit that still hasn't been carried out.
The funniest part of all this is that I haven't seen a single other user complaining about even half the problems I've had 😃
