mckeehan really good vibes in a lot of things

brendan is a really good friend and fun to hv at the table - funny to see goofy brendans responses being so serious and he made a lot of comments and articulated so well esp pointing out what games tourney player may view as carnival etc.
im sure ppl think they know the absolute gto way of playing say o8 or stud8 or deuce etc and view these as games they have edge in and others carnival - heck.
i remember talking to gordo once when he was uthing at rw - he said these new games are really just invented to punish newbies for being too loose pre.
what a statement
sit on it
think about it
someone like me - very opposite - i routinely fold aces utg in 7handed drawmaha high - i believe its more likely to be correct than not without having any drawmaha solver available for us to check
Vegas tunnels?
What a disaster.
I had 10-12k in my fanny pack. chips + cash and all vanished. Literally physically lost the money. I must have taken it out in a hotel or a casino and didn't put back in.
String of blackswan events I am speechless.
-30k on Coin (i contacted a lawyer and a diff embassador for coin - it's a lost cause) and now -10kish in funds.
about 60k left, getting ready for my move to TX. gg. take care. mindset is important. so gl gl in the plo streets. Shout out to dejuante alexander. learned a lot from him recently.
In the past couple weeks i watched so many horror stuff some fictional some non fictional, and a lot of documentaries. also some natural science stuff to take my mind off gambling.
Im happy to have experienced some very bad non physical damaging traumatic events since 2021/22 to strength character.
Now i completed a few games on PSP that i might have completed when i was younger however i havent beaten ridge racer 2 - it has a few races in the end that are super duper difficult.
When facing adversities, hopefully: 1) it doesn't put you in a position of complete desperation or else theoretically you can't get out; 2) you have enough grit and support to properly cope with the downs. Life is long, we can go through hands we can talk about strats this and that; but if I want to be the 1%, be the professional, I gotta make some changes privately.
