Black Friday didn't stop the grey market. If CoinPoker falls tomorrow people will literally deposit somewhere else within weeks. Everyone that deposits already knows the risks involved and yet they still do it. Playing from the comfort of your home on a global site with significant traffic and large prize pools are too enticing. It is a never ending cycle

I'm not sure about that

A lot even read the "blurb" and feel reassured

Trans, whats the source of the above posted article?

by Transparency

Public information

Cmon you know thats not an answer at all.
Thats not how you cite sources, you demand transparency from coin so you should be yourself. Citing sources can never be as simple as just saying "public information", how would you react if that was coinpokers answer to your questions?

Who wrote this article?
Where was it published?

Because the way its posted it looks like you copied it from an independent article or informational piece from a trusted website...
But it could also just be written by you in different form than usual.

Which one is it?

It's my own original post (which you know already and it's on X on the pokerbots1 account) compiling publicly available info - company records, regulatory filings, news reports, and Leonard's own statements. Everything is verifiable if you actually look.
If you have a specific claim you think is wrong, quote it and why and I'll address it. Otherwise, this "where's the source" routine is just deflection.

As for "if that was coinpokers answer to your questions" they don't give any (meaningful) answers to any questions - that's deflection too

I didnt know thats why I asked. And im not on X.

If its just your words why not just post it. You made it look like you copied an article so give it more cachet or something.

If the information in what you wrote is all verifiable you should make you should add source reference/citation. Thats simply how you write a piece like that.

If you think asking for sources of claims is deflecting than that doesnt speak highly of your investigation.

It's my own original post compiling public info - company registries, regulator actions (like ACMA), filings, and reports. Not copied from an article.
I'm not turning this into a full academic paper with footnotes for you. If you have a specific claim you dispute, quote it and I'll address it. Otherwise, this is just noise

OP doxxed me again yesterday on Twitter, we hadn't interacted since 9 days ago, I'd moved on. But he again posted my pic / full name / hometown.

It shows that people criticizing CoinPoker don't have much substance to them when they have to resort to that. It's been 5 months now since this all started and they're getting increasingly desperate and vindictive.

The dataminer guy who makes RTA tools and bots I mentioned before (post #81) that also attacks CoinPoker, followed suit and put my full name on X too.

As Trans has said on X and here he'll 'never stop' and I don't get to decide 'when I'm out of it'. In his previous 'campaign' his target 'hung himself the pr*ck' as he said (post #83), after asking why Trans was going to 'haunt me for the rest of my life'.

He also claimed he wouldn't post in the main Coin thread to 'stay in his lane' and suggested he didn't have time for 2+2 and was mostly done here. Then he comes back and posts a huge article in the main Coin thread, without mentioning he's the source. Slugant points out that he should state he's the author and give proper citations, but it's dismissed as 'noise' and 'deflection'.

He also describes me as the 'main man' at CoinPoker which he's depicted as this terrible organisation, and a 'criminal' multiple times alongside the doxxing, which he says I deserve ('FAFO' etc.), so this is all arguably now a harassment case, given the intent is to defame / silence, and it's a repeated pattern that inspired others, with my identity posted to his 600+ followers. He'll deny it's doxxing but look up the definition, even if the info is online it was hard to find and he collated it all in one place. He found it from a nearly 20 year old article I wrote.

I'm not bothered though I have a thick skin and will not be intimidated by these anonymous people who have a chip on their shoulder about a poker site they don't even play at, that they feel slighted by for some strange reason. Either that or it's a smear campaign targetted at a site that may just become the best online poker site in the world in the coming years.

I'm proud to see 2+2 consider Coin to have a good reputation and to accept advertising from it, the first time in many years that this great forum did that, they are very selective and agreed because Coin has a 'good reputation' in Max's words. A forum I've been on for 17 years now, long before Coin existed.

Apart from a vocal minority making spurious claims, most normal players on this poker site that's offering an valuable service to players who have limited options nowadays, are enjoying it, including high stakes pros among the best in the world, playing seven figure pots. Even players that were previously a bit negative, are still playing:

Some players even think it's a smear campaign, because Trans' content is so sensationalist:

Stand by every word/action
And no "desperation" in it at all - this isn't my first rodeo and that's exactly what GAMCO's expect , people to raise issues get ignored and it all to be swept under the carpet - so "won't stop" is simply me pointing out that won't be happening - the same questions get raised again and again as they've never had any (meaningful) answers
You do as you please Jspill I've made myself clear again and again and again

I hate the doxxing but this is a weird conclusion.
It just shows this particular critic does that.
A lot of the criticism I have read is of substance but it gets swept under the carpet.

It's jspills only move and it's just tiresome

He continually goes on about this "doxxing" and I'm not even debating with him anymore wether it is or isn't - that's something he can take whatever steps he wants about , there's none of it on this forum (it was removed nearly immediately whilst there was a whole thread elsewhere on the forum with people's emails , telephone numbers , passports etc - that's removed I think now also but that to me is doxxing and it was up for a sustained period of time) anything I did is on X and jspill can take whatever action he likes

And the reason he got called out is this continual misrepresentation by him of my words previously - words that by the way have nothing to do with him , weren't directed at him , but he seeks to keep reiterating his little "story" again and again - and it's only to deflect because neither he nor his superiors have answers - this is their modus operandi

There was no "threat to kill" there was no "campaign that caused anyone to hang themself" it's been explained in great detail over and over but this clown thinks if he says it enough he'll make it become fact - it won't but he's too stupid to realise that

And he had all the opportunities to simply roll back on that and discuss actual issues but he won't

I never said I was leaving 2+2 for good I said I might or might not pop in now and again . Which I did the other day because a specific issue came up on the official thread which I'd done research into previously . That's now been moved to "containment" as I suspected it would be . doesn't bother me in the slightest it was expected but it was posted originally where I felt it belonged . As he correctly states CoinPoker advertise here and that was actually about those that advertise their product and the potential repercussions of that .it's useful information I would of thought

Jspill never comes with any substance , I beg people to join their discord and the official 2+2 thread I think every player should view it

This whole "campaign" never had to be any more than 20-30 tweets or posts - the repetition is simply to keep the issues alive that have been deflected on - because that's the only way you can do this (and I speak from experience) . No point anyone bringing up t+c's once , getting no answer and then letting it sit. That's how bad actors get away with stuff the "it's bad but don't worry next week it will be fish and chip wrapper"
NO that's not happening today , tomorrow or any other day - jspill can make himself a victim all he likes , some of you might even feel he got a raw deal with my actions (I don't btw in any shape or form , I don't see the issue with it and know exactly why I did it , he brought it upon himself , he decided to try and misrepresent me and do it continually and that has repercussions ) but don't ever let it detract from the actual issues because they just continue to mount up and sit unaddressed - and when clowns like this guy get involved all they do is initiate things in the background with regulators/authorities etc that maybe I'd of taken a different view on without the nonsense - make light of that but I can assure you when those people actually drop the hammer on a company it's unlikely to survive - and the sad thing about that is that's the time when someone might just decide to cut and run and then people lose .. But that's not on me either

The saddest thing though with all this is nobody would have found a set up like CoinPoker more invaluable than someone like me , it suited me down to the ground . I wanted it to succeed initially , even when I walked I still had hopes for it I suppose as I know some can't play easily from certain places but my initial reservations have just completely snowballed this last 5 months - I see it now as nothing but a bad apple , an accident waiting to happen , nothing redeeming in the way they handle themselves just the opposite - so my criticism continues

Just for reference as obviously a lot of you aren't on X - you can only be "reasonable" for so long
