I tried to make a $20k withdrawal in the beginning of June. After three weeks it was denied without reason. I have been in contact with support both on email and chat at least ten times and I get absolutely no information or explanation. I have sent in document to change to my current address even though you didnt requested it. No response. I made a new withdrawal request. Two weeks, no money.
Seriously, wtf is wrong with 888? I have played for a long time but this treatment of costumers is the worst I have ever seen. My ID is bossfrog888.

Logging on here for first time in ages because I am very concerned about my money and state of 888.
Numerous Ontario players are being asked to re verify accounts upon withdrawal and then nothing is happening. We have our money stuck. Support is non existent. Literally the support number on website for 888 has been disconnect. Live support through app is just ai with no human.
I’ve let 888 know by email (who knows if human is reading it) I’ll be going to igaming commission tomorrow if nothing is done. Many Ontario players already have.
As someone who has previously been part of an online casino going insolvent this is extremely concerning.
