I don't know enough about him. If I had to choose someone, I would probably choose Johan Rockstrom as the king with the final say. All accurate, but none of those convey his political influence in the black community to the detriment of that community's interests. So while accurate, they are far less descriptive than Uncle Tom.

False dichotomy.
Progressives are a group vying for my (and the country’s) political support. I think progressives make the mistake of assuming they have far more support than they do.
They have also taken primary losses and instead of attributing any blame to their own poorly-run campaigns always want to shift the blame to Obama and Clinton and the DNC and anyone else.
When is the last time a progressive said they lost because they ran a bad campaign? Or they lost because they ran a decent campaign but someone else ran a better campaign?
It becomes tiresome to deal with the attitude of blaming everyone else but yourselves.
