WARNING: Ruben Correia & Tiago Costa - $5k Scam & Ghosting
they are from BeatDaGame, timeline of the scam:
1: The Initial Rejection (A few months ago): Following a GG network deal cut, I requested a new deal for a high-volume backing/staking group. Ruben and Tiago offered a high percentage deal but stated it was monthly payout, and if a player got banned, the rake/commission might be confiscated. Knowing the high risks of the GG network, I explicitly REJECTED this offer. I told them I preferred my lower, safer deals where I always get paid, no matter what.
2: The Bait & The Fake Promise (Late April): Seeing that they were losing my high-volume traffic, Ruben contacted me again in late April. He gave me a direct, solemn promise: he offered a weekly payout deal that included 100% protection against player bans—meaning we would receive our rakeback/commission even if GG banned the accounts.
3: The Betrayal (Late May / Early June): Based on his word and our past trust, I moved our high-volume players to their setup. The volume was massive, and Tiago handled the early payouts. However, in late May/early June, GGPoker triggered a wave of bans for fabricated reasons (as they frequently do).
4: The Ghosting: Instead of keeping their word and honoring the "ban-protected" deal they used as bait, Ruben and Tiago breached our contract. At first, they came up with fabricated excuses, and now they have been completely ghosting and ignoring me for over a week. I have telegram chats, screenshot, everything as proofe.
We have seen this before. First in to point out that this ends after OP delays for weeks posting the info that shows banning were legitimate for collusion amongst the stable.
wahhhh you were cheating at an online site and got cheated by bigger cheaters wahhhhhhhhhhh
You are completely missing the point here.First of all, the bans from the network were 100% fabricated, as anyone who operates on GG knows how they handle high-volume setups. But that is not even the main issue here.As an experienced high-volume affiliate in this industry for years, I know exactly how network payouts work. When a network bans players, they might confiscate the Player Balance. However, they DO NOT confiscate the legitimate affiliate commissions generated before the ban. The network pays the master agents/affiliates their cut. Ruben and Tiago received the money, but they chose to pocket my $5,000 share. Most importantly: I explicitly REJECTED their deal months ago because of the ban risks on GG. Ruben came back to me in late April and gave me a 100% direct, solemn guarantee that this specific deal was BAN-PROTECTED, and we would be paid weekly regardless of any network bans. I only moved my traffic based on his direct word and guarantee. This is a clear case of a broken agreement, selective scamming, and absolute ghosting for over a month by Ruben Correia and Tiago Costa. I have the unedited chat logs proving Ruben's exact guarantee, which I will gladly provide to any moderator.
You should post all your evidence here. But all of it. Don’t just cherry-pick it and show us what supports you. Which is exactly what you are trying to do by claiming the GG ban is unimportant and missing the point. Let us decide if it is irrelevant.
This is not a dispute between GGPoker and a player. This is a strict business-to-business dispute between an affiliate/backing group and an agent network.I know exactly how GG operates. I know they target winning players and backing groups with fabricated reasons. Despite this, running volume there is highly profitable ONLY if you work with an honest affiliate network or agent who keeps their word.I am an experienced high-volume affiliate, and I know exactly how network payouts work. When a network bans players, they might confiscate the Player Balance. However, they DO NOT confiscate the legitimate affiliate commissions generated before the ban. The network pays the master agents/affiliates their cut. Ruben and Tiago received the money, but they chose to pocket my $5,000 share. Here are the unchangeable facts of this case:The Specific Agreement: Ruben explicitly knew the GG ban risks. That is why I rejected his deal first. He came back to me in late April and solemnly promised a 100% weekly, BAN-PROTECTED deal just to get my traffic. This was our contract. They Are Guilty and They Know It: I sent the link to this exact thread to both Ruben and Tiago over 8 hours ago. They both read it. If they are innocent, why are they not here defending their names or their brand (BeatDaGame)? Because they cannot. One of them replied to me privately with the usual deflection and excuses, trying to avoid joint responsibility. To be absolutely clear: This thread is a final warning. The moment their company or their people (Tiago and Ruben) clear the $5,000 debt, I will immediately request the moderators to delete this post.If they choose to keep the stolen money, I will post the entire case along with every single unedited chat log and screenshot proving the ban-protected guarantee straight to GPWA and every major iGaming affiliate network tomorrow morning. Let them decide then.
Let me make the mechanics of this situation completely clear for everyone. As a Main Affiliate, I manage groups and players under my agent accounts. If players don’t have an account on a specific GG skin and I have the option, I migrate them to a new setup. In this industry, a Main Affiliate ALWAYS receives the rakeback and commissions generated by the players prior to any ban, regardless of whether the ban was justified or not. I do not do business with actual cheaters, so the bans were not justified anyway. When deal-making, a backing/staking group leader needs absolute certainty about the terms. In our first discussion months ago, Ruben explicitly stated that commissions might not be paid out if a player gets banned. I immediately told him: "No thanks, I don’t want the deal." Because under my own direct affiliate setups, I always get paid, no matter what. Then, Ruben explicitly came back to me, changed his terms, and solemnly promised that they would pay the commission even in the case of a network ban. I trusted his word, brought my high-volume players over, and now they refuse to honor the exact guarantee they used to bait my traffic. Do you finally see the point now?As an affiliate, my reputation is everything. I have always kept my word to my partners and players, even if it meant paying thousands of dollars out of my own pocket due to network issues. Ruben Correia and Tiago Costa chose the exact opposite: they broke their word and pocketed $5,000 of my hard-earned commission.

Online, tried to call aslo but usualy only Tiago answered. After this where I waited more than 2 weeks I told to Tiago I ll post about this, and then Ruben answered: "Who tha **** do you think you are to threathen me?
Go to the forums, go to the papers, go the ****ing tv if you want to." . This is a trustable affil agent right?
Yea Im sure your stable did nothing to warrant being banned... 0 sympathy, F stables.
So is your contract a text exchange or do you have a formal written agreement signed by the parties with a clause guaranteeing payment in the event of a ban?
You hav3 said twice that you took him at his word, so is this all based on an oral promise?
So far you have proven someone ignored your texts….
To answer the skeptics here: in the iGaming and poker affiliate world, Skype and Telegram chat logs ARE the industry-standard contracts. Hundreds of thousands of dollars in volume move every single day based on these exact text exchanges. Serious partners respect their given word. You want proof that this isn't just about "someone ignoring my texts"?I sent the link of this thread to both Ruben and Tiago. They both read it immediately. Instead of coming here to deny the contract or proving that GGPoker confiscated the affiliate net revenue (which they didn't, because networks don't confiscate affiliate cuts for player bans), they completely lost their minds in our private chat.Tiago Costa explicitly washed his hands and tried to blame the entire setup on Ruben. Here is the unedited Gyazo link proving that they are actively hiding behind network actions to justify an exit-scam on my $5,000 commission: https://gyazo.com/e6edc7534d95bccd31045c... , https://gyazo.com/a16c1268c898370e2c0e6c... , During my confrontation with Ruben last night, I made it clear to him: As a high-volume Main Affiliate, my reputation is everything. I keep my word to my backing groups and players even if it means paying $5,000 out of my own pocket due to network issues. Ruben Correia and Tiago Costa chose the exact opposite: greed, broken promises, and cowardice.Since they refuse to honor the "ban-protected" agreement they used as bait to get my traffic, this entire case along with the full, unedited chat logs is being submitted directly to GGPoker Security & Compliance and GPWA today. Let the network handle their master agent infrastructure now. Anyway. I wrote what happened, I wrote who scammed who . I wrote who doesnt keep promises. Thats all the point and not your opinion about stables lol...
Actually it sounds as though you are missing the point. From just hearing your side and not the other side, it sounds like you acted on nothing more than a verbal agreement (at best) with nothing in writing.
I am sure the other side would disagree with your characterization. Absolutely no doubt.
Furthermore, the fact that you agreed to a vague, easily disputable, contract shows you don't know completely what you are doing and are about to learn a lesson.
The point you are missing is that you should do better in the future. Get stuff in writing. Make sure it is ironclad
You are looking at this from a complete outsider’s perspective. In the high-volume iGaming and poker affiliate industry, Skype and Telegram chat logs ARE the industry-standard contracts. Hundreds of millions of dollars in volume move every single day based on these exact text exchanges between networks, master agents, and affiliates. Serious partners respect their given word because reputation is everything. You say you are sure the other side would disagree with my characterization? Let me give you a quick reality check.Ruben and Tiago (BeatDaGame) explicitly read this thread hours ago. If they had any valid arguments, if they disagreed, or if they could deny a single word I wrote, they would have been here instantly to defend their brand. Instead, they are completely silent and ghosting the forum because they know they have no defense. This isn't about me "learning a lesson." I am a veteran in this industry, and my reputation is ironclad. I keep my word to my partners and backing groups even if it means paying $5,000 out of my own pocket due to network issues. The only ones learning a lesson here are Ruben and Tiago, because their master agent infrastructure code on Betkings has been officially reported to GGNetwork Security & Compliance today along with the full unedited chat logs. Let them explain their "disagreement" to the network now.
https://gyazo.com/f36bce43c944863cf85157... To completely shut down the clueless outsiders and doubters here, let's look at the actual facts. Here is another unedited screenshot from our private chat showing Ruben's exact, pathetic defense and unbelievable arrogance. As you can see, his official stance is literally: "Go for national TV if you prefer... I will not lose any more of my time with this." When confronted about the fact that he explicitly gave his word and contractually guaranteed a ban-protected deal, his only response is pity sarcasm: "Sure, I am a liar and I've scammed you for 5k... Share it all, do you want my instagram pics as well?" To anyone wondering if they deny the agreement, no, they don't. They just simply do not care about keeping their word once they successfully baited and stole your high-volume traffic. In this industry, an honest affiliate network pays their partners out of their own pocket if they gave a 100% guarantee. Ruben Correia and Tiago Costa (BeatDaGame) prefer to hide behind network actions, count their "35k players," and laugh with emojis while pocketing $5,000 of my hard-earned commission. This is exactly why their master agent code " on Betkings has been officially reported to GGNetwork Security & Compliance today along with the full unedited logs. Let's see if the network finds his Instagram pictures as funny as he does.
You chose your audience by posting here. He gave his opinion. What do you hope to achieve here, when you have reported them to GGN?
If your posts remain, (they might well be deleted by a moderator), please post GGN's response.
What I hope to achieve is full public awareness so no other high-volume backing groups or affiliates fall into the exact same trap with BeatDaGame. As for GGN's response, compliance and security departments operate strictly behind closed doors and they do not share internal network action details with third parties. I have submitted the official complaint with the tracker codes, and the network will handle their infrastructure internally. If there is any official, shareable update later, I will post it. Until then, the facts and the screenshots speak for themselves. I will add that if Ruben and Tiago decide to step up, honor their word, and fully settle the $5,000 debt in the meantime, I will gladly request the moderators to delete this entire thread. However, looking at their current stance, the chances of that happening are very low. Ofc I ll share everything and everywhere if they don't want to keep their words. I showed this thread to them yesterday, they dont care. So I wait answer from GG now.
In the high-volume iGaming and poker affiliate industry, Skype and Telegram chat logs ARE the industry-standard contracts.
This remains a choice and a risk you take knowlingly
I know for a fact there are CFP's that do have decent contracts to sign instead of blindly trusting someone on telegram
Why cant stables do the same?
Edit: Also, why would anyone in their right mind join a stable where being banned is a high risk factor?
So no written and signed contracts, no text exchange provided showing the industry standard contract via Skype or twitter with a “pay despite ban” clause, no response to a bunch of allegations posted in thread despite them reading it or at least reading a text pointing them here, no evidence, nothing….now name calling people posting in this thread.
Congratulations you lose your case in court and in the court of public opinion.
The only court I 'lost' in is the court of clueless forum trolls who have absolutely zero knowledge of how high-tier B2B affiliate business works. Serious operators know the facts and the chat logs, and more importantly, GGNetwork Security is already handling their master agent tracker code on Betkings today. Keep typing your opinions, the network is doing the real work now

If this is how you feel, why did you post here for all the "clueless forum trolls"? You obviously thought we would for some reason all rally to the defense of someone doing things that actively harm online poker for his own enrichment.
Your way of doing business is clearly predatory and even if everything you say is true, I'm happy GG banned your players and isn't paying you.
Amen
fortunatelly it pays me just on other agencies, probably here also only partner agent doesnt! And this only 1 agency and we speak about traffic of 2 days, so I hope you happy now after this information! Winner players who is not just a loser troll think differently about stables and affils. Congratulation both of you for almost 9-10K posts, this mine is first one for me and Im in the business 20 years ago around. Maybe Im just lucky but this one the first "scam" what happened with me. Amen

I realize that you can form a multi million dollar contract by text messages. You just haven’t provided any evidence of one, let alone a payment despite ban clause was agreed to. Losing your **** over 5k is pretty baller though.

This reminds me of the usual posts of someone who lends money to someone who they are not good friends with and then comes to complain when they are not paid back.
You made a poor financial decision and did not properly protect yourself. Yes it sucks. Yes they are scumbags. No doubt and no one disagrees. It still doesn't change the fact that YOU personally made a poor financial decision. Until you learn that lesson you will likely keep making the same mistake.
