Perry went through a big stack fairly quickly a la Krissy two years ago. Obviously impossible to know without a complete hh but still. You can slow down, guys. I think sometimes the old script has flipped and now it’s the pros thinking all the recs are jamming with air.So what if they are! That’s what your big stack & experience is supposed to help you get through w

overcards really don't matter, it's a polarized bet size on the river, straight is very unlikely he blocks it.

Obviously you wouldn't call in a $100 cause bluff bombs river in a 100 on this board aren't often enough; in the main event people do that.

Deeb is obviously gonna win this thing.

It's pretty much set or nothing. edit--there isn't that much that backdoors hearts but it's possible. I would've folded but I never hate someone hero calling with their gut when if wrong, they look like an idiot.

Ultimately we have to remember what got people to this point. I’m sure he’s stationed and heroed successfully to this point.

I’m sure I would get outplayed a ton if I got to this point of the main. I’ve been surprised how many players are so freely bluffing still and many of them would have worked on me.

Malcolm Traynor is a boss and will be very hard to beat if he runs ok.

Really knows what he’s doing with a big stack.

Ensan running it back

Are there people who don't find Stapleton quite annoying as a commentator? He seems like he tries to hard to be funny and just comes off as annoying.

Like or dislike Stapleton’s commentary, one of these things is a slight mathematical favorite.

Stapes in the aughts was great.

Everything else on youtube, including all the previous days and highlights, is working fine, how can there be a problem that only google can correct with one particular stream?

When the stream was up, it was working in the US. Maybe there is a problem with region locking.

Ok that would make sense.

Lol and givens mia after another break, you do you I guess. I'm curious if he would be doing this with 15 bigs left, I assume not

That's interesting and could well be it.

It's s hit that region locking is even a thing.

It’s weird that we could see it for a few days and now we can’t? Idk maybe it’s related to what days of play ESPN will show on their highlights package later in the year?

Winamax is ok, but I much prefer hearing table talk, especially with Givens there, but it's practically muted on Winamax.

that Lauctenbacher/Liu hand man

flop 9s Qs 4d Liu bets, Lauctenbacher c/r's to 1.4M call. Turn 8d bet 4.5M/call River one of the worst in the deck for QQ the 5s, Lauctenbacher bluffs off the rest of his stack which is 10M with KsJc and gets called by Liu with QQ.

straight and flush get there, bluffs are something like KJ and I'm not sure how many combos take this line (I ain't looking it up) and 9x with some sort of blocker and I'm not sure that's taking this line either, for hands you beat, a bit tough to jam 44/99 just from what worse hand is calling that isn't a pure hero call and the chasing draws range all got there.

That was a lot of chips to lose at this stage of the tournament too, I wouldn't be happy at all feels like you punted it even though a lot of it is unlucky the whole runout/hand you're up against.

Norman Chad glazing Deeb after going off on him a couple weeks ago on the countdown show is pathetic.

Honestly there doesn’t seem to be much to root for in this year’s ME.
Almost all of the “name” players left are pretty dislikeable (maybe except for FBT).

And it’s very discouraging to see no women in the top 50 of the tournament, especially after a notable woman finally made the FT last year and the subsequent bump in female participation this time around.

The last woman standing finishing 61st is pretty bad. Especially since the % of women in the field went up a full percent this year. Women players always underperform their numbers in the Main. By pure % there should be at least 4-5 who make the final 100. But it’s always just 1 or 2.

One of these you'd it would balance out and they would overperform the numbers a bit and have 7-8 make the final 100. But nope, it’s always less than the % every year.

Deeb or Ensan better take this down.

Last year was way more fun with the grinder.

Problem is I like some of these players, like Mueller. He's a good guy and good player but idk its just not as fun as watching grinder smash everyone. Or a fishy player go on a mega run or something.

It's not random.

When data challenges our assumptions the correct response is to reevaluate our assumptions. All parties are not equal. Different outcomes are the result of different skillsets and abilities.

If kings had pulled that trigger I guess deeb probably folds. Hard to do it though.
